For the first time, Turbo Tax failed me. Turbo Tax did not know about about Georgia SALT limitations. Now I have to submit an amended return and I also have to pay back taxes from my return.

TT generally made filing easy. The Member Audit Defense page was a bit awkward to use as the bottom right was off the screen. Getting Acrobat Reader for free was a plus.

Each year TTax seems to get worse. Less intuitive, more cumbersome to use. My sense iis Im getting less value and the software is more expensive each year.

Terrible experience! Difficult to download(took hours) Took 20 hours to complete with a simple return. unsure of accuracy. Final checks took hours with multiple repeat requests! Never again!!!

Very poor software. Always suggesting upgrades in lieu of answering basic questions. Cannot find forms easily as previously, just all around, VERY POOR for users.

Great experience once again with Turbo Tax - had a very minor filing issue that was quickly and expertly resolved by Deandre. Have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Had an issue with importing my 1099 statements from my financial institution Needed to delete prior years information before downloading information also it doubled up one of my 1099 forms from the financial institution

Please fix Turbotax to import combined (both Div & Int) 1099's from C Schwab. After more than 20 years I'll be looking for a tax application that can import all data.

The expenses I incurred for college-age children could not deducted even when I meals used the 529 accounts and there was no explanation provided in the software

Your program is getting clunkier and more difficult to load and operate. I also got hung up on a "review, fix error" item that involved $0.44 of investment income for cost basis. The missing number WAS on the investment copy form.
