EXTORTION

FEDERAL WAS NOT AS EASY AS LAST YEAR. YOUR HANDLING OF MISSOURI NR WAS MUCH BETTER. CHARGING $25 TO FILE STATE RETURNS ELECTRONICALLY WAS OUTRAGEOUS! I'LL FILE BY MAIL NEXT YEAR IF YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE $25 PER STATE TO E FILE.

Disappointed

I have used this software for 20+ years and this is the first time I found it difficult to use. The walk though was very confusing at times and many processes not user friendly.

Glad I'm not a tax preparer!

The interface was good, but a little confusing for an educated (not in the finance /tax field) user. The 'help/more info' needs to be in larger print when clicked on. It was very difficult to read because the font was too small.

Increasing Problems

Your program is getting clunkier and more difficult to load and operate. I also got hung up on a "review, fix error" item that involved $0.44 of investment income for cost basis. The missing number WAS on the investment copy form.

Been using TurboTax for over 28 years. Tried having tax preparation done professionally but results were not any better. A great tool that gets more intuitive every year.

software problems

turbotax has an ongoing problem with not being able to upload tax documents from vanguard to turbotax. this software bug has been unaddressed by turbotax software maintenance for years. this is unacceptable. fix this software bug ASAP!!!!!!!

Not Easy

It took 27 attempts to get the software downloaded. You just don't get it that not everyone has access to high speed internet especially in rural areas. Some special situations are hard to find,

Really Like

Really like TT. Disappointed the itemized deduction tool for clothing donations has been removed. I will resist going to cloud as long as I can. I prefer to keep my private details close by, on my local computer and not in the cloud.

I've used it for years

I don't like the oversell of Turbo Tax ONLINE. Just give the option once and be done with it. I like the download and just keep it on my PC not in the CLOUD!!!
