Turbo Tax is easy to use and explanations are much better and precise now. The UI has a good flow to it and goes from 1 section to the next and you can go back to a specific area if you want to review.

I have already done this. Disappointed in the ease of figuring natinal taxes. Ultimately filed and seems ok. Jury is still out on the state review. Insufficient information and an inaccurate state tax return. I'm still working on the latter.

They have made the product more complicated and harder to use to bring forward the additional services being sold. Navigating the program has become more difficult. Ease of use was not a priority.

I have been using TurboTax for decades, however this time I am not positive that TurboTax correctly did my taxes. Hopefully I will not be audited as I was in a rush to complete.

Help function didn't work. No where to enter information. Also, no where could I find how to apply my federal refund to my estimated taxes. Had to go back and print out the ES forms. Not very user friendly.

Turbo tax can be difficult to fill out and I didn't like the sales pitch for the online version but if finally complete the return in a workman manner.

When there is an error, the system does not tell you where to fix it. For example, turbotax told me not to put my nys estimated payments directly on my tax form. But it did no point met the worksheet where I should enter it. I had to hunt

Turbo tax always tells me I owe penalties when I have paid in over 115% of the prior year tax liability when the tax law says if you pay in that much you don't owe a penalty. I am tired of using TT and will other tax software next year.

For the first time, Turbo Tax failed me. Turbo Tax did not know about about Georgia SALT limitations. Now I have to submit an amended return and I also have to pay back taxes from my return.
