It's been awhile since I've found a pre workout that gave me the face tingles again! Love that feeling!!

Doesnt make me feel itchy, or over amped like others have. Helps me wih a constant energy during a workout. Im a heavy coffee drinker and to me this is like downing a couple expressos or something.

This pre workout has a greater bang than those triple the price. The big brand backed by influencers has nothing against this! if you go to the gym to actually workout and not play on your phone, this will be a great addition. You'll have the side effects if you don't put the supplements energy to use.

Normally caffeine doesn’t effect me too much, but WOW. This stuff works. Just be careful how much you scoop. I took one scoop and it made me want to peel my skin off. I’d definitely check my serving sizes and maybe take half a scoop at a time. But it works and tastes good! Overall, 5/5.

This is my favorite preworkout Ive tried. It will make you tingle some, its from the beta-alanine but it isnt bad like some. it tastes amazing and doesnt make me jittery or crash. Sams has the best price point on LIT!

Great preworkout. Comparable to other brands on the market while providing a great taste. Love the itchiness that comes from the vasodilation due to the beta alanine.

This stuff makes you ITCH! Like burning and itching in your face. My boyfriend said his whole body made him itch. I only drank half a portion and my body is on fire now.
