These loaves are not premium sourdough. Large air gaps on the crumb and inconsistent crumb.

Bread after finished baking was hard and tasteless.

Purchased product, put the entire thing straight into the freezer! A month later took out one loaf, left in sealed pouch to thaw. Baked in air fryer for 8ish min @ 380* came out with a gorgeous golden crust. Perfectly flavored sourdough bread. Buying more asap!
