Loved baking and smelling this bread! Even better eating😋

Its a smallish bread loaf, I only got to use one, tge other was unopened but molded before use.

Easy to just pop a loaf in the oven and have fresh, crusty bread in about 15 minutes.

Great preservative free bread only 4 ingredients and I feel great after eating not bloated at all

Love the bread with sourdough it’s best sourdough bread,.

Dry, tasted old, it lasted about 2 days after opening & started molding.

A little disappointing

This was way better than anticipated. You just pop it in the oven for a bit and it’s tastes like freshly made sourdough bread. Very good.

If you don’t know about this company, they have a sourdough starter dating back to the 1800s out of San Francisco and then later Seattle. I have been purchasing this bread for several years now. I originally found it through Sam’s big warehouse competitor, where it was on a brief run. I was obsessed and addicted by the potent and delicious sourdough taste. The crust is crispy and the bread is soft and delicious. Coupled with the shelf storage life and the ability to bake it on demand without it going bad, I was further hooked. I subsequently ordered direct via the company, then discovered it in another local store briefly, then through a subscription food service. Needless to say, I am a huge fan so I was thrilled when I got the announcement from the company that they were in Sam’s now. I might have bought a pack or ten. Unfortunately, they are out of stock very rapidly and I really hope they bring it back! For the person who rated it one star because they couldn’t cut it with a knife… sadly, I don’t think they baked it before trying to eat it (which is necessary). Unless they baked it into a complete and utter brick, there’s no way that could happen with this crispy gorgeous crust.

I am so glad Sam's now has this product, I have been a fan of this bread for years.
