I'd give anything to give this 5 stars! I saw the bad reviews and swore it wouldn't be me... alas here I am. After less than a week we had a rip in the seam. It is impossible to properly repair due to it's placement so close to the piece that flaps over the seam. I have tried several tapes and will try a couple more patch kids bc my kids LOVE this. I love it too. It's perfect for our household with a 1yo, 3yo, and 5yo. I have a safe place to sit with my non walking baby, it's low enough for him to surf the sides, the big kids can play around safely with no fear from me of them having real safety issues. I still supervise them constantly, but it's little enough water that I can get to them quickly before it's an issue. The kids have put their kiddie slide over the side and use it to slide in and it's perfect as is the perfect height to put it over it. I bought a circular 13ft cover that works well enough to keep the water clean and I have also bought a pump that I've macgyvered a way to make it work. If we do need to let the water out, it's not a terrible amount to refill. The kids toys store perfectly on one side and the other I can use as a cooler. It's a wonderful design less the flaws with the sturdiness and seams. I would 100% exchange mine for another if it were available and hope for a better outcome, but as you can see that's not an option. Pool came with a hole on a seam. I didn't even get in the pool before we realized. Filled it up and heard the hiss. Tried to use a patch on it but because it was a seam, it didn't work. Now I have to disassemble it and return to the store. How could they make a pool made to be sat on without properly reinforcing the seams?

Well first of all, seems like I had better luck than most of these other reviewers. Our pool last roughly 2 weeks. So my girls got to play in it a couple times with it completely inflated vs now we’re it’s flimsy. Just like the other reviews said, my pool started to leak at the seems. Patched it but it eventually leaked again. Then the back rest of the couch did it as well. So clearly this is a defective product. 61% of the buyers cannot be having the same problem. Not a coincidence but a quality issue. The only thing keeping the pool up now is the amount of water in it. It appear that over time the seem opened up nicely and water actually went into the air chambers.

Love this pool! So convenient to cool off and keep an eye on little ones. All the drink holders are perfect, haven’t used the coolers yet. Some air does leak out after a few days, which I find normal for these kind of pools, but I just add a little air, not a big deal for me. Highly recommend.

Bought this for my 2-year-old and was really excited about it, especially because it had a spot for me to sit without having to get in every time. Unfortunately, we inflated it, hooked up the water hose, and went inside while it filled. When we came back out, it was already losing air. We tried reinflating it several times and eventually found a hole causing the leak. I understand that defects can happen, but it was really disappointing that we didn't get to use it even once after spending $150. The most frustrating part is not being able to exchange or return it for a replacement.

I love the look and the idea of this pool. The problem is the quality. Much like the cheaper Sam's Club inflatable pools, it won't hold air! We set this up today hoping to have it for tomorrow because it's suppose to be 80 degrees. Set it up filled it up and it was a little chilly tonight so my 4 year old just sat on the couch part with her legs in the pool. We go inside and I notice it's looking like it's loosing air. Check the valve and thought maybe we just didn't close it all the way. We also checked all around the pool to see if air was leaking anywhere and couldn't find anything so we just chalked it up to maybe the valve was open a bit. Filled it up more went inside. Came back out a few hours later to find the water literally pouring out. This time we made sure the valve was closed so that wasn't it. Again we checked everywhere that there wasn't a hole(which shouldn't have one anyways as we just set it up!) nothing. We think the air is comming from the seams or something along those lines. Fine whatever for the 40$ cheap inflatable pools but this was nearly $148! Unacceptable. Our nearest Sam's is 40 miles away and now we have to wait for it to dry and pack it back up and drive there to return it to be refunded.

My daughter bought me this for Mother's Day but does not hold air! Literally deflates by evening daily. Haven't been able to use for that reason. Can't find hole. Just doesn't hold air. Disappointed and returning. 😓

Just like everyone else said it loses air. I’m soooo sad and disappointed I searched high and low for this pool. And even paid extra to have it delivered. And the app won’t even let me upload a picture.

I loved the pool at first. One week in and a small hole came up on the seams of the pool. You can tell it is just a manufactured from the make of the pool. Not worth $140 if the seams of the pool aren't thick enough to last more than a week.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and still no shipment or tracking number …. Every time i call customer help i get hung up on . My kids are so disappointed. Arrival time says first week of may and we are going into June .
