LOVE The craft ice maker, though it just failed after 18 months! Use the door view to check on milk supplies. Like the counter depth though it does limit some shelf depth. Looks great too with black stainless.

I love the style and features of this fridge. However only two weeks after arrival the craft ice maker quit working. Been waiting a month for repair.

Overall the refrigerator is nice. Unfortunately the crafted ice is not a complete sphere. It would also be nice if the window was darker so you cannot see into the refrigerator during daylight.

I requested maintenance and have not had a call to set up an appointment. My water tastes like plastic after 2 filters and running gallons of water through. 4 months and can't drink the water. Help!!!
