We purchased this refrigerator less than one month ago. Overall, we are well satisfied. We especially like the double door feature with the see-through glass and the flex droor. These two things were options that really attracted this refrigerator to us. Craft ice has been interesting but we were surprised about how long it took to start producing ice. The freezer section initially seemed to not freeze things thoroughly so I lowered the temperature a couple of degrees and now it seems to be fine. A couple of minor issues (at least for now): (1) Installers did not remove all of the tape. Since this is clear tape we did not find it immediately. (2) The flap that covers the gap between the two French doors does not always close. I am keeping an eye on this. The frequency seems to be decreasing. (3) The black lettering over stainless steel for the ice/water/etc center is difficult to see unless the room is extremely well lit. This was an issue for which I should have been since we have experienced the same thing with our LG dryer. This has not been the case for your competitor appliances we have owned. Over all, we have been pleased with this refrigerator and would recommend it to our friends.

My frog is now almost a year old- I LOVE it more everyday- The glass door in front is perfect- the center optional drawer is great - can be dairy- freezer - wine wooler- and the craft ice- I thought - how silly - 2 ice makers- well let me tell you- try living without them now- and had a few questions how to do the app and download- wifi etc- customer service walked me through all of it- This is the best frig I have ever had- lots of inside room too- adjustable depth shelves is great as I can change as I need -not enough room to write all I love about the refrigerator- and the LG service - awesome times a million !!!

See through door keeps everything in the fridge hidden until you tap on it then you can see in. Door in Door is so convenient. Can’t hear this appliance at all. A must have for every updated kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer work outstanding but I am concerned about the craft ball maker. Had problems with it 6 months into having it. LG replaced the raft maker and I’m not having problems now but I am worry about how long it will last. Technician said LG is working on improving the maker, hopefully if they have issues resolved, LG does right and replace all craft makers that have been sold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyimg many of the features of my new fridge. Dont care about wifi,but no complaint. Craft ice maker quit after 3 months! Customer service gave us over to a supposed local repair company who has never returned our call! Ice maker working again.. no idea how,why? Just hoping it does not quit again as we have little faith it will be fixed and expect to be told its no longer under warranty. I know, a bit cynical, but we'll see. Right now, love the fridge!

I have 2 LG refrigerators and the one I bought 2 years ago and had a motor fan fail. The repairman said to expect the compressor to fail also. and the 2nd repairman I talked to also said the same thing. Neither would recommend buying. LG refrigerator

This is a practical refrigerator with the door in door and instaview feature. The flexible drawer is a great option. The LG app is also a nice touch to check and do things without being at the refrigerator. Also, with two ice makers you never run out od ice and the craft ice does not dilute in your drink too fast. There are just too many awesome features to mention which makes this a super great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this refrigerator delivered and installed about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The features are great. I previously had a side by side which was fine. But now, with the french doors I feel so much more organized. I love the middle drawer which I use for deli/snacks and fruits to conveniently grab quickly. I have a new found love for cooking because I'm feeling so much more organized! With my former side by side I would forget about veggies/fruits in the bottom drawers resulting in a lot of waste. Now, I know exactly what fruits/veggies I have on-hand as they are easily visible. Love the viewing knock-knock door too! If you're debating on this fridge, don't! Just get it. You'll love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swore I would never get another top freezer/bottom fridge. Left it behind when we moved. Inherited a side by side in our new house which was even worse, trying to alternately place and find stuff in tiny little cubby holes, and no room to move anything aside in the fridge. The new French door LG has 1/2 cubic foot more space, but all the space is infinitely more useable. The convertible middle drawer is such a great feature, we can't even make up our minds whether it is to be more fridge space or more freezer. There is nothing we don't like about it, and only one improvement I could suggest: allow for finer shelf height adjustment. And I can certainly live with the shelves as is. This one is home run.
