[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for about a month now and I have to say I didn't think I would love the instaview door as much as I do. I have put all my go to items on those shelves and its so much easier than opening both doors and remembering where I (or someone else in the house) put something. Also, the craft ice.....amazing!!! Within a week I probably had about 30 craft ice balls. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the filter vibrates against the bottom shelf. I have not figured out how to fix that yet. But otherwise I absolutely love this fridge and I hope it lasts as long as my other LG fridge did(14yrs - freezer door wouldn't stay shut and repairman couldn't fix it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator since March and I haven had any problems. I like that it alarms when the door is left open. And I really like the drawer and how easy it is to change the temp from chill to freeze. The units runs quite which is a plus for me. I really like the look and function.

After fourth deliver (first 3 damaged from box and carrier) finally received a good one. Carrier took doors off to bring to second floor but when put doors back on didn’t align doors so now they need to come back to adjust. Need to micro manage even deliveries of expensive items. Shouldn’t have to but they rush to get done early.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great upgrade. Everything is smooth, clean and well built. The online capabilities are very helpful. The Glassdoor is elegant. My only critique is that the craft ice maker is slow and hasn’t yet created a full circle. We may put a call in to support, it’s been 2 weeks and we’ve only gotten 2 full spheres.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest appliance for me. Ice maker is a dream without drips and a mess. Vegetable draw and fruit draw keep items at the perfect temperature with air circulating throughout giving the items a longer life of freshness.

Very minor glitches-craft ice not fully formed, QThin says water supply problem but no noticeable issue because of it-havingb t checked. 4, 8 and 12 ounce water settings don't work (don't need it). Other than that, machine looks beautiful, works well, and am very happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for one year now. So far I’m very happy overall. The middle drawer is very handy and the interior layout functions well. Most of all I absolutely love the door-in-door feature. At first I thought it was a bit gimmicky but I have since found it to be so very useful. Great for quick to grab or frequently used items. On the negative side, the ice maker is a bit small and I’ve had issues with the Craft Ice machine. In fact it will be getting replaced under warranty in a day or two. Overall though... very pleased.

Love the full convert pull out door, so conveniently expands your cooling/freezing options which increases storage capacity for your families favorite, go to items. The quick access door perfectly holds our quick grab items and I like the look of the door, looks custom.

It has only about 3 weeks but craft ice is not fully round yet and the balls crack apart when put in liquid. I would recommend but probably better options for the money.

I have 2 LG refrigerators and the one I bought 2 years ago and had a motor fan fail. The repairman said to expect the compressor to fail also. and the 2nd repairman I talked to also said the same thing. Neither would recommend buying. LG refrigerator
