It is a good size in my living room. It is a good material, soft, but also durable. It is not lightweight because it is good quality. Will purchase another for my bedroom. I have not stained the rug.

The measurements are exactly as described, the rug itself is very soft and feels like a dream to walk on. Seriously it is so soft I could sleep on it. I also love the little fringe detailing on the long ends of the rug, it adds a nice touch. The pattern itself is very beautiful and came as described in the picture. I only complaint is that I thought the blue colors would be a little bit darker, like more of a navy blue. And the blue colors in the rug were a little more bright than what was pictured, so I'm a little disappointed in that, but it's still very beautiful.
