Delicious. Love all their cereal. This size (the flower, not the O’s) is a choking hazard. Even for adults! It doesn’t soften in milk (yes, we’re used to firmer ‘baked’ goods as GF peeps, you know what I’m talking about!) But you expect a cereal not to need cutting up or breaking into smaller pieces - or being SO extra careful chewing. So this cereal needs to be smaller! Thank goodness we know the Heimlich maneuver! It was used this morning.

I loved this cereal when it first came out--crunchy, chocalatey and the dates made it perfectly sweet. I bought a months' supply! When I went back to stock up for the following month, I discovered to my dismay that two ingredients had been (unnecessarily, in my opinion) added to the recipe, and one of them, coconut sugar, is on my "avoid" list. :-( So, sadly, I can no longer buy this. Hoping someday the original recipe will return! 5 stars for the original recipe, 1 star for the current, split the difference.

I’m happy this cereal has clean, healthy ingredients unlike almost all the other cereal options on the market. I wish the price was a little better but I know the quality ingredients cost much more. It’s sweet but not overly sweet and has a good crunch. It’s good as a dry snack and with a beverage for a quick breakfast.

Well,since you’re asking…love the cereals I purchased. You may want to make sure there is more of a seal on the bag as one of mine was partially opened. Not sure when this happened but did not eat because of that. Keep up the good work and thanks for taking the time to care.

After reviewing the reviews. I was excited to have sound a healthy chocolate cereal. To my surprise It was awful. ( I’m sorry) my daughter literally poured it into the garbage disposal. It had no flavor . It probably would have taste better if I used almond milk or some kind of flavored milk. As for my family I will not purchase it again.

This is actually the best cereal I've tried. I honestly feel like they made it just for me, because it's EXACTLY what I've been looking for for the past 3 years!! Absolutely nothing else on the market compares in neither taste, quality of ingredients, or company integrity. Do yourself a favor and buy this right now (and both other flavors)! Genuinely can't praise this enough, it's my new obsession!

sevensundays.com omgoodness this stuff is great! The sugar is coconut sugar so that's a bonus. Non GMO real Cocoa. I can taste the sunflower but it's different and taste just right with the Cocoa and :coconut: sugar. A little pricey for such a small bag. Portion size is 1 cup bag serves 6 oops 5 now, lol. I am having so much fun and mouth exploding taste buds with all these different healthy foods. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I reached for the bag a second time and noticed, in smaller print on the back than the prominent "gluten-free" label, the disclaimer that the product is processed on equipment that also handles wheat. It became evident that despite the gluten-free claim, the product may not meet the stringent standards required for those with celiac disease. As a member of the celiac community, I am continuously searching for genuinely safe options, and it's disheartening when brands prioritize marketing over the health and safety of consumers. I urge brands to uphold the integrity of the gluten-free label and ensure that their products are truly safe for those with celiac disease. By doing so, they not only build trust with their consumers but also demonstrate their commitment to supporting individuals with dietary restrictions.

I have tried many products from this company and I love them all! The cereals they make and sell are made with real wholefood ingredients, probably one of the cleanest brands out there and they are delicious. My whole family approves, even my picky toddler! Thank you for making these cereals, I am very grateful!

I have had to go gluten and peanut free and this cereal is my favorite! I used to eat peanut butter toast for breakfast and now this is my new daily breakfast. Nice and crunchy and great cocoa flavor and not so sweet! Yummy! Thank you to whomever created this delightful bowl of tastiness!
