I just bought and was so happy to find a good ingredient cereal that is Gluten Free. However, it is not Gluten Free. Only after two bites I was having a reaction. Reread back of bag-it is processed in a facility that also processes wheat. Cross contaimination is not Gluten Free. And not fun.

My new favorite chocolate cereal! Before I tried Seven Sundays, I used to get the Kashi Go cereal in chocolate until the formula change gave me gastric issues. Seven Sundays is much better to me and I love that it isn't too sweet. It doesn't give my any tummy issues either. I'll often just snack on it straight out of the bag with some nuts, too!

I was sent three by mistake instead of three different ones. It was rectified with replacements. But now I get a reaction like I have been glutened. I looked online and other people reacted to the sourgham. So sad. But at least I can eat the ones made with sunflower.

Please reformulate the cocoa cereal. There's no flavor, kinda bitter and it's not even sweet at all. It's like eating flour. Thanks (:

I like to add a few drops of stevia to make it a bit sweeter. We enjoy it.

I love this cereal! I use it for snacks and dessert. Such good flavor stays crunchy till the last bite and minimal ingredients.
