I've bought a few Creed fragrances from Sam's Club and they've all been authentic. Like, you can easily tell they're real…the quality of the bottles is exactly like ones you would get from a Creed boutique, and the scent is the same. Ultimately, the atomizers (the sprayer) is the exact same, which is not something a counterfeiter would be able to duplicate. The labels are the exact same, and the batch codes (they start with an F these days) all check out…you can check them at checkfresh. 50 and 100ml Aventus bottles come in black boxes. The 30ml comes in a white one. Sometimes they are wrapped in cellophane, sometimes they're not. So why are the prices so low? Because the prices are ridiculously high at department stores. Do you really think 3.3oz of smelly water is worth $550?? The markup is absolutely ridiculous on Creed fragrances, which is why you can find them for close to 50% off at multiple online discount retailers…even at a 50% discount, the profit is still significant. In short, buy and enjoy your fragrances from Sam's Club. Confirm the batch codes, and follow your nose…longevity does not mean squat since there are going to be batch variations (look up what millesime fragrance means), but if it smells off? The label is crooked? The sprayer was already primed? Bring it back.

under product details it states that Sams doesn't purchase these products (fragrances I'd assume) directly from the manufacturer OR from authorized retailers but takes strict measures to ensure authenticity. Make of that what you may. I did buy the 3.4oz bottle from Sams and I was disappointed.

After uploading pictures of the packaging, a deep AI analysis. Creed Aventus is supposed to come in black packaging, and after closely examining other details of the bottle, it's most likely a fake. I purchased two, and immediately took them back for a refund 

100% fake. The packaging is not real and the bottles letters come off. Sams also does not buy from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of any Creed fragrances.

Probably fake, didn't even come wrapped in plastic. Order one didn't come wrapped in plastic they got me a replacement same thing.
