Firstly I am a huge fan of the Continuous Mist Spray it's a long enough spray for getting from ends to roots. It's spray is a light mist that doesn't drench hair and is more easily distributed throughout hair. It helped with adding shine to my hair with or without heat tools. The scent is wonderful and lasts all day. I found the scent a bit overwhelming at first for my taste. I would definitely recommend giving it a try at its price range I could overlook the powerful scent.
