I have been smelling some weird odor down there and it comes and goes. I also felt my bladder hurt a couple of times (I think because of intimate wash) and then completely go back to normal. I was searching for a vitamin that would help me down there and I found this one. The odor improved only using it for a week and not using intimate wash anymore. Probiotics are always good for you. Also, I drink kombucha times to times.

I don’t normally write reviews but because I felt this affected me tremendously I thought I should share. I got these 2 months ago to try as I started to workout and was on my period I wanted to try these out. I honestly have never had a yeast infection or a smell or anything wrong with my vagina. Being anemic my iron is already low so naturally my periods feel like they smell strong sometimes. As I started working out and sweating down there I figured I could try these out. Some prevention and I’ve been seeing this on my instagram so figured I’d try it out. First time I tried it I got my period two weeks early. I started having brown discharged and horrible cramps. I stopped three days later. I waited a month and thought maybe I could try again. I wish I never would have. I got a horrible yeast infection. I tried having sex with my husband and the smell was horrific not to mention I’ve also never had acne not even in high school and these pills made my skin feel bumpy. It has been a week now if not taking them and the smell is starting to go away. If you don’t have a problem stay away from these and just ask your doctor lol all vaginas are different and what didn’t work for me could work for you but this was my honest opinion. I been experiencing discharges and odd smells but actually since i started using this product i could see difference after about a week. Discharge decreased and changed appearance and i don't feel like anything is wrong anymore. Pills are easy no swallow and don't have actually any smell to it. I feel like its helping me and i think i been taking them about 2 weeks right now.

I have been taking these pills for a few months now and definitely noticed a difference. I always struggle with ph balance “down there” and sometimes strugglesbaithnosor and irritation but think these have helped. I was wondering though, is there any concern with taking these every day and for a continued period of time? The fact that there is only 25 in a box made me step back and think I shouldn’t be using for prolonged periods.

I didn’t have too many issues vaginally before taking this product. I would occasionally smell at the end of the day or after a workout. But I’ve been using this products for a little over two weeks now and I have noticed some improvement. I don’t notice much of a smell now. Would I recommend this? Maybe not for the long term since I’m not sure if the price is worth the benefit. But it’s decent for a quick pick me up if you think you need it.
