This is such a great pool for the price! It is incredibly sturdy and can handle my pups jumping in and out and lounging on the couch! My only complaint is that I can't seem to get it inflated enough to keep from severely sinking down when sitting on the couch! I would love for it to be more firm. It is very handy that it includes a drain plug! I love the pink too!

Such a cute pool and I had such high hopes! We set it up and filled it with water and it immediately started losing air. We woke up the next morning and it was basically flat and water was pouring out into the yard. We haven't been able to find a hole or anything. Was hoping for a replacement but of course it's sold out. The photo attached is shortly after airing it up.

Just like others have said, this does not hold air we'll and starts delaying same day. The whole to release water when draining is poorly designed (the weight of the pool makes drainage difficult). Water kept seeping into the inflated portions, not sure how that happened as we kept those sections shut while draining. We like the size and idea of this pool . I don't think you can return it, so i recommend not purchasing this. very disappointing.

This pool arrived covered in blue pen marks right out of the box. We didn't think much of it at first, but after setting it up, it stayed inflated for less than a week — and it wasn't even used. Really disappointed in the quality and durability, especially for something brand new.

Did not receive pool. I received a case of pure mountain spring water instead. Of course when I open the package the pool is out of stock. Very disappointed. Customer service said we had to take it to return it. Well the package is heavy %26 I live an hour away from a Sam's. That is very inconvenient. The customer service stated we had to call another number for someone to pick it up. Only good thing was I got it fully refunded.

I love the look and the idea of this pool. The problem is the quality. Much like the cheaper Sam's Club inflatable pools, it won't hold air! We set this up today hoping to have it for tomorrow because it's suppose to be 80 degrees. Set it up filled it up and it was a little chilly tonight so my 4 year old just sat on the couch part with her legs in the pool. We go inside and I notice it's looking like it's loosing air. Check the valve and thought maybe we just didn't close it all the way. We also checked all around the pool to see if air was leaking anywhere and couldn't find anything so we just chalked it up to maybe the valve was open a bit. Filled it up more went inside. Came back out a few hours later to find the water literally pouring out. This time we made sure the valve was closed so that wasn't it. Again we checked everywhere that there wasn't a hole(which shouldn't have one anyways as we just set it up!) nothing. We think the air is comming from the seams or something along those lines. Fine whatever for the 40$ cheap inflatable pools but this was nearly $148! Unacceptable. Our nearest Sam's is 40 miles away and now we have to wait for it to dry and pack it back up and drive there to return it to be refunded.

Bought this for my 2-year-old and was really excited about it, especially because it had a spot for me to sit without having to get in every time. Unfortunately, we inflated it, hooked up the water hose, and went inside while it filled. When we came back out, it was already losing air. We tried reinflating it several times and eventually found a hole causing the leak. I understand that defects can happen, but it was really disappointing that we didn't get to use it even once after spending $150. The most frustrating part is not being able to exchange or return it for a replacement.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and still no shipment or tracking number …. Every time i call customer help i get hung up on . My kids are so disappointed. Arrival time says first week of may and we are going into June .

My daughter bought me this for Mother's Day but does not hold air! Literally deflates by evening daily. Haven't been able to use for that reason. Can't find hole. Just doesn't hold air. Disappointed and returning. 😓

I loved the pool at first. One week in and a small hole came up on the seams of the pool. You can tell it is just a manufactured from the make of the pool. Not worth $140 if the seams of the pool aren't thick enough to last more than a week.
