To start, the chairs come completely put together in boxes ( big plus ) and the table was very easy to attach the legs. I am impressed with the quality and durability of this set. Yes, it is expensive, but not when you take into thought that this beautiful set has a 20 yr warranty with it and will last almost forever! I have purchased other sets through the years that did not make it but 3-6 yrs due to rusting. ( and they weren't cheap either ). This set will be perfect for our pool area as it will exposed to sun and water. Super excited with this set and it is just so beautiful to top it all off! Highly recommend!

Weeks ago when I placed the order for this dining set, I had to pick a delivery date. Well that delivery date is supposed to be tomorrow but from looking at the website, I could see that it hasn't even shipped yet. I called customer service who called the Polywood company and it turns out that my dining set isn't going to be shipped out until tomorrow and that it is going to take another month to be delivered! I would have picked an earlier "delivery date" had I known that the delivery date I was picking was actually the shipping date. I was looking forward to having this set for a party at my house next weekend, and now that isn't going to happen. I cannot express how frustrated I am by this whole situation. And the most frustrating part is having to talk to a customer service representative who just repeats the same script over and over again. I might as well be talking to a robot.
