These are a great pair of khaki shorts that have quickly become a favorite in my wardrobe. These shorts are designed with a stretchable waistband, which is an absolute game-changer in terms of comfort. The material is incredibly soft, making them perfect for all-day wear. Plus, they come with a variety of pockets, including a handy security pocket in the front and multiple utility pockets, so you’ll never run out of space for your essentials. These shorts are very light in weight. The material is very light making them ideal for hot days or being being active. I wear cargo shorts for work and need the extra pocket space for an extra phone and set of keys. I really like the zipper pocket by the regular side pocket. I carry a Ridge wallet so that little pocket is great for holding that and keeping it out of the way.

I first wore the Cotton Stretch Micro Ripstop Utility Short on a weekend hiking trip at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis. The lightweight, ripstop fabric was perfect for the trails. It stretched enough to stay comfortable during long walks and climbing over rocks, while still feeling durable against branches and rough surfaces. I also wore them to a casual outdoor barbecue with friends, pairing them with a simple tee and sneakers. Likes: The ripstop material felt tough yet flexible, ideal for both outdoor activities and casual wear. Multiple utility pockets made it easy to carry essentials like my phone, wallet, and keys without needing a bag. The fit was comfortable and breathable, especially in hot weather. Dislikes: The fabric, while durable, was slightly stiff at first and took a few wears to soften. The shorts wrinkled easily after washing, so they needed a quick iron or steam. The pocket design, though practical, made the silhouette look a bit bulky at times.

Pockets for days. All pockets are open top except for the security pocket that has a zipper. Zippers on these shorts are metal and strong. Very good stitching on the seems. The fabric sheds water fairly well to keep you dry from rain and such, not swimming.

If you're looking for a high quality utility short that delivers on features like durability and weatherproofing these are a good option for you. The material is high quality and the flex waist is a nice option for comfort. These seem like they will be very durable and long lasting even with heavy use in tough conditions. The tradeoff with an utility based clothing is that you're going to sacrifice a bit of fashion as a result. It's not to say that these are unattractive but they definitely look and fit like a utility short vs. more of a dress short, but that's likely not a major factor since you're buying these with a specific purpose in mind.

What a great lightweight durable pair of shorts. The material is flexible and easy to move in. There are multiple pockets in different locations that come in handy. This inseam is about 1" or so longer than I'd prefer, but these are still a great pair of shorts.

These shorts are very comfortable and very durable. When I first opened them up, I thought they were pants, because of the thick material, but I was surprised at how soft stretchy and comfortable they are. The security pocket is especially useful when outdoors. I love cargo shorts, but these don't look like cargo shorts, which makes them more modern and fashionable.

The shorts are a great material. The pockets are in a perfect placement and do not have an issue with items falling out. The shorts are comfortable to wear, the material is strong and soft on the skin. I chose the green color because I haven't worn green shorts before and I am very pleased with the color.
