Does not lay flat, has wrinkles, and bubbles like the rug is defective

Very nice rug and they are easy to clean

The rug came in the size and color pattern I liked, many choices available. Rug is well made and uses good materials.

It is thin and does not lay flat. It wrinkles and moves. It looks cheap. it has started to come apart already. I though I would get better from Sams. i bought the 8x10, 5x7, and 2 of runners. wasted money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rug looks exactly like the picture except for the color the rug was supposed to have been a navy blue it looks like a blue green but once you put it on the floor very cheap looking not satisfied at all

It’s beautiful and big! The only thing is that it doesn’t have a hard bottom so when you vacuum it you have to be careful around the edges. It is beautiful and looks expensive. It’s obviously not as thick or sturdy or can lay as flat and stay in place as well as the rugs with a hard bottom surface like they have at Costco, but for 63 bucks a rug this size and this beautiful, it’s worth it

This rug is so thin it's folded in half and rolled after manufacturing and stored in a warehouse who knows how long. The creases and rumples will not flatten out, even after 2 months. I've now moved all of the furniture off of it and am weighing it down. I'm using it over wall-to-wall carpeting. On hardwoods it may be better. It is pretty eventhough it's rumpled.
