We got these for our growing 8 year old that is always in need of a new pair of pants. According to him these pants are very comfy! They're well made and fit true to size. The drawstring is great and the elastic at the ankle are relaxed.

Soft fabric on the outside, but a bit of a rougher knit feel on the inside of the pants. The waist strings work, which is a plus kids sizing. Leg cuffs are not too tight around the ankles. They washed well (in cold) with no shrinking.

These sweats are SO THIN. I ordered these based on multiple reviews that commented on how soft, warm, and "perfect for the winter" these pants are. Absolutely not. These sweats are very thin with no "fuzz" on the inside. These are lighter pants that could be worn on a chilly summer night, but they will definitely not keep your child warm in the winter. My kids have other Gap sweatpants that are thick, warm, and soft. These are nothing like the ones we purchased from Gap. (Additionally, the GAP logo is just printed on these sweats, not embroidered like our other pairs. This doesn't matter to me but shows a difference in quality.)
