There are 3 tiny holes with snags in the carpet. I opened the carpet and saw the holes 3 days after unrolling the carpet. Nothing had been drug across the rug so the holes had to be in the rug when I received the package. I don’t know how to repackage and send it back to you.

I have purchased a total of 20 of these small rugs in 3 different sizes. They are all the same-beautiful vibrant colors but not rolled onto a core at factory. The ends are folded over which leaves almost permanent creases. The only way to get the rugs flat is with hot water or steam. All 20 of my rugs are now flat, but the buyer must be prepared to do the work required. WHY DID I BUY SO MANY? THE CHEAP PRICE.

This rug is exact to the photo on Wal-Mart's website but if I could give it zero stars I would.as soon as I unwrapped it out of the plastic the most disgusting musty smell hit me in the face. I've had it outside for a few days airing and it's no better. I doubt it can be returned,I had to cut the plastic wrapping to get it out. Money wasted,going in the trash!!!

This rug is so thin it's folded in half and rolled after manufacturing and stored in a warehouse who knows how long. The creases and rumples will not flatten out, even after 2 months. I've now moved all of the furniture off of it and am weighing it down. I'm using it over wall-to-wall carpeting. On hardwoods it may be better. It is pretty eventhough it's rumpled.

This is a nice rug, it's not the top of the line. I gave it 5 stars because the shipping was free and it arrived quickly. I purchased the red one and it's nice enough for what I need it for. I'm using mine for a rug/decoration in the back of my van. I don't walk on it much. It did have a funky smell for a few days. The smell is that brand new plastic type sent. Not too bad. The look is nice and the price was great for me. The pattern is really nice as well, it's not real thick. Not sure how it will do in a high traffic area. I would say good for a bedroom or light traffic area.

This was not a good purchase. It was folded eight times and then wrapped tightly in plastic. Cannot get the folds out of it. When I asked for a return I was sent one for the larger rug I had purchased. Both are very thin and the edges are turned under. Would not purchase without seeing their products again.

If you just need an area rug to cover floor, but not anything to really impress or provide cushioning, this will do. I bought mine about a year ago, and its in good shape. Its not unraveling anywhere or anything. But its not nice to lay on. I got it to cover most of a tile floor so it wouldn't be so freezing all the times, which it does fine for. Dont buy it thinking that its going to be plush or fuzzy or anything. Its very much a large unpadded mat.

I got this to use under an office chair (with casters) and it works very well for that. Additionally, it's beautiful and really spruces up the room. It is good quality, made in Turkey and I can tell that it will last a long time. Reasonable price, too.

Grey is my favorite color and when I recently moved into my new apartment, I was delighted to see that the property owner used grey as the color theme for walls, doors and flooring, without knowing it is my favorite color. I wanted a large rug with a grey theme for my living room and this one is perfect, and it was affordable. I've only had it about a week and no one is allowed to wear shoes on it, including me. I love this rug!

Size was what I need and the appearance was pleasant.
