Since they're ultra, they had great absorbency, holding a little more than regular Swaddlers (but don't expect a miracle). The box I purchased (for 8 - 14lb babies) comes with 210 diapers, which is a good amount, and the diapers featured an ultra-absorbent core, KeepDry liner, and All-Around Leakguard with Blowout Barrier. I really like that they're hypoallergenic, free from latex, parabens, and elemental chlorine. I find these ideal for overnight use, but it could be used for a heavy wetter, as well.
