Another reviewer made a comment about "standard issue" high-top converse tennis shoes having thicker padding on the neck and tongue. I have no idea what Converse tennis shoes they've been wearing, but as a punk in the 1980s, these tennis shoes were required footwear, and I never wore or saw anyone else wear a pair of padded Converse high tops. In fact, we folded the neck and tongue down and wrapped the laces around our ankles. Padding would have 100% gotten in the way. Honestly, folks. Converse are just some cheap tennies. I remember having to scrape together 20 bucks for a pair, then bringing them home and abusing them - sorry, "distressing" them. 😀 ENJOY your chucks!

Fun pair of shoes for a teenager or teenager at heart

These shoes are a classic for a reason, and I was thrilled to find them at Sams Club for $15-$20 cheaper than anywhere else! Can't wait til they're back in stock, my daughter needs a new pair!

Excellent Shoes

My daughter loves the shoes, especially the navy color. The listing should clarify that the shoes are unisex but the ordering is in Men's size. The only negative about the purchase is when they arrived, the insoles were not attached to the shoes. Since my daughter liked them so much, I bought special glue to fix them instead of returning them.

The sneakers had a few imperfections on the sole and back logo

A little on the large side. I am a size 9 and ordered accordingly (women's) and these were a little loose. I would recommend sizing down a half size.

So annoying that they are not send shoe sizes consistently, good luck getting what you ordered.
