I've had Allstate insure multiple appliances and all they do is pass you off to square trade which passes you off to China then India then back to China. It will quickly become no one's fault...wait for days for service, argue with them about what is or isn't covered. Go straight to the BBB, or the Attorney General. It's the only way you will get anything done and report them. They are 100% awful. After fighting for weeks I finally got back all of the money I paid for a refrigerator that was only 2.5 years old plus my wasted warranty money and I went and bought an appliance at Lowes. Anything with Allstate backing it or Square Trade is going to be a complete joke FYI.
