I bought this as a Valentine's Day gift for the whole family. I walked in while my husband was playing and thought it was a move - not a video game. We all got our own games and we found the free ones offered for download online. Good purchase while on sale.

Good! I needed an upgrade from my ps4 and this was on sale. Fortnite stuff was meh but that’s not the reason I bought it, so that doesn’t bother me. But it came with 1000 vbucks so I can’t complain. Good console overall. Graphics were jaw dropping compared to my ps4

i love the system so far Hooking up part was easy and music on the game plays really well. Dont get me started on its Ray tracing it's phenomenal and the interaction with other it great, I hear prople clearly on the controller and in my headsets. The Best gift i could have gotten for myself! I can't wait to put a pretty sticker on her.

My son has been waiting for years for a brand new console that's not a pre owned one so I finally got it for him. Christmas %26 his birthday are so close together so it was perfect. Easy to setup %26 change everything from a ps4 over to it. He loves it!

I got it on sale over $100 off! I've held off this time because it just wasn't in our budget. I cant figure out how to download the code for fortnite, but neither I or my kids seem that interested in the game anyway? I got it for sports games as I'm a sports junkie and so far I love the graphics!!! I'll figure out how to download fortnite later, just sobI have it.

You really do not get 1 TB, it's more like 850 MB. Please be sure to add a protection plan at checkout, because the stores don't know how to add them after purchase and it will be a battle between CS on the phone and CS in store with you wasting a bunch of time. Other than that, the console is great.

I'm a little disappointed in the value for the money of this product. One of my first times playing it my two year old came over and lifted the controller cord to get under it, something he has done hundreds of times for my xbox, and the whole console came flying off of the shelf. He barely put any pressure on that cord, why is this console so unstable on a shelf? I looked up how to fix it and it's recommending buying other products to fix an original issue. I honestly might just return it.

almost every game on this platform and im guessing all gaming platforms are pay to advance or pay to win. Ill never buy a newer gaming platform ever again. I may just be to old to play these things nowadays. Returned with 38 days. lesson learned. It has beautiful graphics installed like 5 games and the 1 TB was almost full. give me back the days of memory cards and let me play from my disc. I wish my PS2 was still working

At the Philadelphia store the security guard made the buying experience very uncomfortable, acted as I was trying to steal the item bc I requested to use scan and go as I was making my purchase at the register continued to harass and curse at me, followed by her leaving her bottled water in my cart , asking for it , I handing it to her, she drops it, claims I threw it at her and revoked my membership!

The game console has a glitch! A black screen appears when the console gets too hot I guess! I will be returning the console. The remote doesn't work properly also, my son was so excited when I purchased the game now with the problems he has been having with it, his joy has lessen for the game..
