I’ve been buying this for many years because it’s soft… or was. Not any longer. I work 20 hour days and get subjected to public sandpaper, I at least used to have a reprieve when I got home. Now I may as well save money and buy another cheaper brand as it’s no different than the competitors “soft” . They really dropped the ball on this one! I would be fine with less easy tear sheets that were soft. I This was the big push I needed to buy a bidet seat. My poor bootie can’t take this much sandpaper.

First off, I still can't believe how big these rolls are! I even took a picture of my regular brand roll next to these new Charmin Ultra Soft Mega rolls. Not to worry though, they fit on the toilet paper holder! They are also SO soft! WE love these at our house. Two thumbs up from this family!

Our family's been loyal customers for many years. Ultra Soft - Mega rolls have been our sole product in home and vacation home. During Covid19 - a shortage of toilet paper caused us to look everywhere for our Charmin UltraSoft - mega rolls. One day, after searching all day, my husband came home pleased with his find. As soon as I saw the package, I knew right away something was not right. Sure enough, the width of the rolls had changed. Instead of the original 4.5 inches in width - they are now 3.9 inches! What a disappointment - as we felt cheated and taken advantage of - especially in time of need! Recently, I ordered two 30-rolls package on line that was listed as 4.5 inches x 4.2 inches. Instead, I received to 30-roll packages of 3.9 inches x 4.2 inches. It's disappointing. I do not like the smaller width size paper, and the roll looks ridiculous on the toilet paper holder.

Burn all of your other toilet tissue, because after trying this one, you will never want to use anything else. It is so soft and cushiony! In fact, it is the BEST product of its kind I have ever used. I call it "pure luxury." I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am since the company sent me a four roll package of these mega rolls to try. They are making the larger rolls now, and all I can say is that it's about time. Instead of a small roll that gets used up so fast, you get a giant one that is equivalent to four rolls. The roll lasts a long time, and even though it is very large, it fits comfortably around the toilet tissue dispenser. I hope that everyone who reads this review will try the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet tissue. It's AMAZING!

I have used the Charmin sensitive for a lot of years. Over the past few years you guys have continually changed first the size, then the quantity of size of the roll and now the quality of the paper. The last few I bought, the paper was so thin it tore in pieces when you tried to use it and the 2 ply wasn't even lined up correctly on the roll..when you tore it off it was uneven. You have constantly increased the price but lowered the quality as well as quantity and Id am terribly upset. There are only two brands that have the aloe in it. If you guys can't get it together and get this product back to what it was then I will be switching. We are paying way too much for a product that has consistently been reduced to inferior.

Charmin Ultra has replaced my regular favorite. Guests who have had the opportunity to use my bathrooms, have commented on an have asked what brand toilet paper I use.

I been buying it ever since, double rolls last a long time and is super soft I will never go back to the other non brand ones even if they are cheaper long run it ends up being more expensive

It usually hurts him to have to wipe a lot but with the Charmin it seems to ease it a bit. We were Angel Soft people, not so much now. And the big rolls seem to last a long time as well. I am not sure of the price point but it went over big in my house.

I couldnt wait to try out my new product. "Gee it's only toilet paper,: is what some of you are probably thinking, and your right it is only toilet paper, but hey it's pretty much one thing no one can live without! So i opend it up and tried it of a week. Turns out its a pretty nice toilet paper! Soft and durable, its perfect for any family! I recommend it to anyone!
