I love it its not like the other brands whereas soon as the water gets on it it tears us. Didn't clog my toilet it was easy on.the septic system. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving my BzzKit, we did a side by side comparison of Charmin vs our every day brand. The Charmin roll is wider and noticeably softer. The Charmin ultra soft even felt good on my sore nose as I battled an upper respiratory infection. The Charmin roll also lasted almost twice as long as usual. The one drawback, it doesn't fit as many rolls in my cabinet. Overall the Charmin stood up to its competition. A win in our household!

My comment is about your advertisement. It is misleading. I know what "$ times more" means. If I usually use one, then "4 times more" then I would use 5. What is"4 times less?" Does that mean if I wipe my butt twice that I only need to do it .4 times? If I use 4 sheets, does it mean that I can use .8 sheets? I hope you can hire an ad agency that can count (even using their fingers)!

I can not truly believe how soft this paper is, unbelievable to say the least, I didn't think the roll would fit on my toilet paper holder, but it did, amazing how big it is. When I received it, I read the descriptive information on the package and got immediately nervous. The toilet paper is 2-ply! Back in the day, I always preferred 2-ply but then I learned how it clogged the toilet and so I permanently switched to 1-ply. Well, the Charmin package reads "clog safe" and "septic safe" and I want to believe in honesty in advertising plus I did make a commitment to try the product. And so I did! And so glad I did! My toilet is flushing perfectly and I'm really appreciating the softness and quality of Charmin Ultra Soft! Can't wait to start spreading the good news! The 2-ply allows me to use less and so the rolls last longer-I really appreciate that and guaranteed my friends will too.

I have used Angel Soft toilet paper for years, but Charmin Ultra Soft is so much better. Charmin is very soft, it is not irritating to some sensitive areas, and I really do think you use less than you would another Product, such as I have for quite some time. I will be buying Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper From now on.

It is strong enough to withstand wear and tear yet soft on the skin. It has bery good absorbing power. Moreover, because of its good quality, it lasts longer than other brand of Toilet paper. This is our favorite and we love using it!

I liked your Ultra Soft product a lot. It was going to be the TP in my home from that point on. In the Fall of 2013, you made some changes for the worse...1) the roll was shrunk significantly, at least a 1/2 inch. 2) you changed the texture from smooth to a pattern. 3) The new rolls are shredded and uneven on the sides. 4) The rolls are crushed a bit and have to be reshapped to roll properly. 5) And, the price is the same as the previous version. Overall, new product=poor quality. I agree with others- next time please make a price adjustment and explain why. Also, I noticed any response from your company to these comments stopped in August of last year. It's unfortunate you don't respond to these complaints. I will start trying competitor products to find a new TP for the house.

Apparently I wanted the Charmin Ultra Strong. This stuff, while very soft, is otherwise terrible! It's supposed to leave me clean with no fluff residue from the tissue? WRONG! After using this it looks like a blizzard in my nether regions. Unfortunately, I bought the giant Costco bag, so I now have to get through all of that before I can get something else. Waste of money!
