[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is exactly what it states, it is sooo soft. And the size of the rolls, OH Gosh. They almost didn't fit into my tp holder to store the next needed rolls of tp. I would highly recommend this Charmin product! Before you get this product, know it is supersized rolls!! the details are that they are huge rolls of tp that are very soft, smooth when using them. You don't need to use as much to get the job done. I love using Charmin Ultra Soft because it is so soft and has no fly away dust like some other soft brands and the larger size!

For whatever reason you elected to reduce the size and thus total area per role, I am totally displeased with the result. Yes, your product is VG and I have used it for many years, but I no longer like the quantity received for the price paid.I believe the value to me is much less than previously and I am looking to try other brands. Price is not a major concern to me, I would rather pay more than accept less for the same price. I believe your pricing strategy is incorrect on this one.

I don't know who convinced you your scalloped perf knife was a better idea but... I have found it a lot more prone to tear outs than the straight perf. And it doesn't fold well either. I'm 76 &  have used Charmin for years. But, this change has got me considering other brands. I hope your not totally vested in this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past, I've used pretty much every brand-usually buying whatever was on sale. I have tried Charmin before but not the Ultra soft kind. Things I love about this kind are: The large sized roll-don't have to change out the roll as often! The actual paper-it's super soft and feels great on the skin. It doesn't make a mess over time. I have had a kind in the past that left paper dust after ripping all over my holder and the floor. It thick and holds up well so you can use less each time because it doesn't break down while wiping. It's easy to tear off the roll at the perforated seams-Some other kinds tear randomly causing you to use more. My husband is pretty picky about his toilet paper and I have heard no complaints about the switch! I'm thoroughly impressed with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to say thank you for sending me a complimentary package of Charmin Tissue. It really is the softest tissue I have ever used. The roll sits on my tissue roller perfectly, and was easy to use. I do find that even using a small amount can possibly clog the toilet, especially if you already have some plumbing issues. Outside of that, I would strongly recommend using this brand of toilet tissue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how thick this toilet paper is. I definitely was impressed. I found I had to use way less than other brands because of the thickness and strength of this paper. Honestly, I have to say there is another brand that I use regularly that is a bit softer but not as strong, so which do I chose? I would rather have strength in a toilet paper and sacrifice a bit of softness.

And according to Charmin, it's safe for septic systems and doesn't clog, which is important to me. I definitely will look for this product in the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up using Charmin band toilet paper and will NOT buy anything other than Charmin Ultra Soft. No other TP is like it! Soft and strong, as much as you may need to use, your bum will never know the difference. Over the years I have tried different brands, What's on sale, whatever I can grab first but always go back to Charmin Ultra Soft. Bigger rolls, softer and stronger too. If the store is out, I will go to a different store, even just for some of this toilet paper, it's that good.

Idk if it’s a bad batch but this is the only toilet paper I use but lately, when I wipe, it’s been curving up. Also, They skip squares with the logo on it. It feels much thinner than normal. I’m very disappointed for it to be so expensive but work cheaply. I just went and got Angel Soft for the first time and it’s working better than the charmin( No crumbling)
