Just got my first pack of Ultra Soft with the wavy so called "Smooth Tear" feature.  I see others complaining it's not as soft as before but I don't agree with that.  I'm not "enjoying the go" anymore because newly developed elegant "Smooth Tear" perforation is not working for me.  First, I can't even see where the perforations are so I don't know where it will tear.  Second, it strongly resists tearing and may tear anywhere leaving a shredded mess.  Third, the perferations don't seem to always be evenly spaced, thereby interfering with trying to tear just one sheet.  Forth, I rarely get a clean, smooth tear and I rarely had that issue with the straight tear previous version.  The only thing special about this innovation is that I will be driven to an alternative product or maybe put a pair of scissors nearby for a smooth CUT!!!

I have used this product before, and will use it again for sure. My hubby hasn't said anything about it, but then, do men really talk about toilet paper?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Charmin Ultra Soft before and I like it. I buy it or Quilted Northern depending on which is cheaper. It does make a difference to me to have softer toilet paper. I tried Charmin Basic before and it was hard and rough. If it was my only choice between Charmin Ultra Sodt and Charmin Basic I would buy the ultra Soft even if the Basic was considerably cheaper. As long as the softness and quality is there I will buy the cheaper one regardless of the brand.

Not only that - but my free sample came from Charmin on a day when we only had 1 roll left in the house! They saved me an emergency trip to the store! Charmin is great - it's soft and it's absorbent. If there's one drawback to Charmin, it's that my dogs like it too and will string it across the house before tearing it up into pieces.

When I received the sample from Charmin I was surprised to see how big the rolls looked compared to the brand I was using at the time. Their claim for 1 roll being equal to 4 rolls in one was easily believable. We have tried other brands that claimed that they were giving you more bang for your buck, but in the end they always sacrificed quality for quantity.This is not true for Charmin! The rolls lasted a long time in our house. Our household is made up of myself and my husband, and 3 boys, ages 6, 9 and 11. We were all able to use less toilet paper each "potty time" and still feel super clean. My youngest son has some stomach issues, so he got the most use out of it. During his bouts, he sometimes complains of being sore from so much wiping. We had no complaints from him the whole time he was using the Charmin product. As a parent, I cannot explain how much of a relief it is to know your child does not have to dread just using the bathroom. The only real issue we ran into with this product is it did not fit right with our toilet paper holder. We have the older kind that just screws into the wall. We were able to put the roll on the holder, but it was smooshed up against the wall. It really wasn't a problem though since most of the time the toilet paper rolls just end up sitting on the back of our toilet anyway! Overall, this is a great product (I honestly think the best I've ever tried) and I have recommended it to my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving my 4 pack of charmin ultra I noticed it he rolls were bigger and softer than the regular charmin. The softness was something I was super excited about because we have a little one potty training. However, when wiping her I noticed that this make of charmin left behind little white pieces of the toilet paper. NOT a good thing! I don't want those staying and living in places they shouldn't be. Although the softness is better, I will be sticking to my regular charmin that doesn't leave little pieces of paper behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very picky when it comes to using bath tissue. I cannot stand rough bath tissue and this bath tissue is the softest bath tissue I had ever used. It doesn't leave any tiny particles after wiping either.

The texture is is so cuddly and lush; it's really a pleasure, even for taking makeup off. I want to thank Charming for sending me the samples; my family really enjoyed the product!

The quality is still outstanding, and I really like how the Mega Rolls still fit on the toilet paper holder. During this campaign I have had several visitors, and did notice that the roll lasted longer and was pleased not to have to replace it as often. The Charmin ultra Soft Mega Rolls are definitely a product I will use again and recommend to family and friends.
