cheaply made

This is the worse product (Charmin Basic) that I have ever tried in my entire life. It's so thin you can see through it. I would NEVER buy this product again. Wasted money on 24 rolls that I ended up giving away to a homeless shelter.

Love the Charmin!!!

question on roll width

I used to purchase Charmin Mega with a roll width of about 4 7/8" but all I find now has a roll width of just over 3 7/8. Is there some marking on the bundle that lets me know which is the 4 7/8" roll or is this just hard to find?

We’d like to help you find the roll that calls your name, Clyde! While we don’t have a roll of the size you mentioned, we offer our Ultra Soft Jumbo roll which a width of 4.5 inches. Perhaps this is the one you used to buy? Returning to the store you used to purchase from is what we recommend, as they may still offer it. Ultra soft

I have been buying ultra soft for years as I have very sensitive skin. Now something has changed with Charmin. It's not soft anymore. What have you done? I am raw andd it hurts. Please change it back! You don't know what this means to me.

Best tp ever

Just the Best Toilet Paper

Best Toilet for your bum bum

I was surprised

Charmin doesn't compare to Scott

We are so sorry to hear this! While Charmin is not expected to cause any problems in a properly functioning system, some backups can occur in the toilet itself if too much paper is flushed at once. The most common cause of pipe and sewer clogs is something in pipe that doesn't belong.
