I really like softness in my toilet paper, but previously have experienced weakness issues with the softer versions of some toilet papers. This time it was different. This time I ued Charmun Ultra Soft and was treated with the best combination of softness and strength. Less is more and that saves money as well.

I have been purchasing Charmin Tissue for as long as it has been on the market. I am so disappointed in what has become of the product. Not only has the width been reduced, but when you reach the end of the roll, it is a huge glob of accordian pleated irregular sized paper. What has happened to your quality control????? I purchase Charmin Ultrasoft in the Mega package. The product was the best on the market, but I am so annoyed, I feel I need to try other brands. A very disappointed consumer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please squeeze the Charmin. Some of the earlier commercials were telling you just how soft the Charmin tissue was. It has really came a long way from those days. The Charmin company sent samples of the Charmin Ultra Soft and yes it is. We have changed at my house. I was very plesantly suprised and the softness. The fact that it is also safe for all your plumbing is quite the selling point for me. We live in the country and are on a septic system. Thinking I needed a lighter weight tissue to prevent any problems. Anyone who hasn't tried the Ultra doesn't really know what they are missing. Thank you!

He said ours is usually not this soft did you change brands. I also found it to be better than other brands so thanks charmin for saving our butts!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't wax poetic about toilet paper, but it's a product we all use several times a day. It's far more important than a giggle discussing it among friends. Some of us use the the cheapest brand, and end up using enough to clog the plumbing. Others use brands that are too soft and tear before use. This TP isn't like either one. It's soft, it is thick enough to be absorbent so you don't need as much, and doesn't end up in shreds after use. It flushes without clogging the toilet. Basically, everything you want from your toilet paper. Thank you Charmin for letting me try it.

Upon using my 1st roll of Charmain Ultra Soft from the brand, it barely fit in the wall tp holder - it was such a mega thick roll. But my experience gets much better-- Charmain Ultra Soft is so amazingly soft and thick (it's almost cloth-like). It's extremely gentle and very effective in doing its task. I'm using so much less tp - a pleasure to have a roll last approx. 4x longer. And, I must repeat, how soft and thick it is. It's a winner!! My tush thanks you and my guests think so too (more on that later).

I'm a grandma and I want to tell the little bear that he's absolutely right. You don't have to wad. I wouldn't have believed it, but my son had Charmin Ultra Soft in his home. I discovered the difference on my first go at his house. Now I have Charmin in my bathroom at home. I find old habits are hard to break. I routinely pull off the 8-10 squares I would use with a different brand. Then, if I haven't torn it from the roll, I roll the extra squares back on. If I've torn it already, I tear off the needed three or four squares and drape the remainder on the roll holder for next time. Using only three or four squares is saving me 50% on my toilet paper costs. Even more amazing is how strong Charmin Ultra Soft is. I only need a few squares to blow my nose. It's so soft it doesn't irritate my delicate nasal tissue, and I don't think it's possible to blow through it. Baby Bear, you're absolutely right. Charmin is simply the best for your family and mine. Well, besides the school paper-thin, rough terrible, terrible toliet paper! Now, that I have 2 boys and a girl, I know better! Before tying charmin ultra, I was using another leading brand that is known for "softness". My 4 year old boy was doing his business and using the toliet paper to wipe- well, he had a break through, and that was with the toliet paper folded in half to make it thicker/stronger: I loved how soft this paper was, but it was far from strong and if it's not strong, it cannot be super clean...then I tried charmin ultra soft- woo hoo! I finally found it...the most amazing toliet paper I have ever used before...it was so soft, clean, and you guessed it, strong! Charmin ultra is seriously the best toliet paper you will ever use, if you haven't tried it before, you must, believe me you will not be disappointed! It really is the little things in life! (No more breakthroughs and ultra soft...your bottom will thank you!)
