First & foremost, let me begin by saying I have used Charmin toilet paper my entire adult life and as a child my parents purchased it (used to); however, now with the recent changes to the toilet paper sizes and removal of the Mega Roll-I believe I will be looking for a new toilet paper manufacturer. I probably spend about $175.00-$180.00/year on Charmin, but not now. You raised the prices (significantly) and reduced the product (shrinkage)-NOT COOL! Did you think we wouldn't notice the difference? I am aware that companies need to make changes/adapt to the economy; however, I feel this was a poor move on your part and now you've lost my business. By the way, I work in sales so my audience is pretty large. Best of luck to you! If you bring back the mega roll and return the prices, I'll come back, if not-see ya.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Soft is soft and absorbent, but the roll is so narrow and I feel like you are getting less. Looks kind of silly on the holder. This review is directed to the manufactur. With all the competition out there why would consumers spend more and get less on the roll?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we have always used Charmin in my house, I received Charmin Ultra Soft to try and then review. Its is soft and Durable at the same time. Holds up well. No one wants a soft paper that just falls apart and doesn't do it job. Charmin ultra soft is not a product that falls apart. And no one wants to talk about lint. Lint is horrible. Charmin has less lint than any other toilet paper product I have used. All in all its a good brand. Most soft toilet papers are either soft and fall apart or not really soft like they advertise to be. If you are looking for a product that is honestly sodft and gets the job done and the same time, Charmin is the brand to choose.

I have always loved the Charmin brand and I buy the Charmin Ultra Strong regularly. My husband says the soft toilet tissue can leave behind tissue residue and I still prefer the Strong over the Soft but I wouldn't mind using the Soft every now and then!

Charmin ultra soft is too soft in my opinion. I don't like that it leaves bits behind and I don't like the feeling of it. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While there has been numerous names for the toilet, I now believe throne is very suitable when discussing Charmin. She is truly a queen to the throne. I have a septic tank which was something new to me. My very first year in my home was full of clogged toilets and backed up septic system. The repair men suggested I use a single ply toilet paper...I laughed and said that was what I was using. That night while watching TV I saw a Charmin ad which said it was clog free and safe for the septic system. I went out and bought Charmin Ultra Soft. Finally softness and it was good for the septic too. I am happy to say that my septic problems have decreased dramatically and now Charmin Ultra Soft is the Queen to my throne.

Within the last 2.5 years the amount of paper per roll has decreased significantly,(approximately 1/4" per roll) while the price has stayed the same. Then the width of the product has gone from over 4 1/2" , to 4 1/4", now to 4"...SIZE REALLY DOES MATTER ! After over 45 years I will be looking at other products. Bring back our old Charmin!!!!!

Then along came Charmin Ultra Soft so I thought I may as well give it a try. Wow! It's true!! Softness and strength in one product! My search is finally over. I am a true member of the Charmin family now.

I have used Charmin for years, but this past week I noticed your advertising claim that states "use up to 4X LESS" on the package. I do not how it can be when the rolls are about an inch less in width! We are paying more for less now! I can assure you we will purchase other vendors from now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children & husband have very sensitive bottoms & rough toilet paper irritates them a lot. This toilet paper was great for their sensitivity! My only complaint would be that it might be a little too soft as it rips easy. I also love how "fluffy" it is because it makes the kids feel like they are grabbing more, when really they are grabbing less because it fills up their hands faster!
