Strap broke first wear

I was stunned when I received this as I thought it was a "tankini", which is a two piece bathing suit. This is only the tanking TOP and should be listed as such; very deceptive. I also ordered a size up and it was still skin tight, feels like a straightjacket. This will obviously be going back!

I bought this black swim top in Sam's twice. First time it was my fault because I washed the top before wearing it. It was a size M but fit like an XS. I went and bought a L it was tight %26 barely fit. I wore it to swim 1 time and it turned brown after 1 swim %26 wash. Do NOT buy!!! Plus I paid $16.98 in store %26 online the price is $9.98

I love it but good luck finding one that fits. Buy all the sizes because clearly they use the size as an estimate rather than a reality. Top was off by about two inches from each other and then the opposite with the bottoms. It's a shame clothing companies don't have consistency anymore
