Size

The product is good...BUT... Will you ever again make the roll to fit the width of the holders, so they don't wobble around.???????

rolls were not two ply

bought 9 mega roll pack of charmin ultra strong, all rolls were only 1 ply, very disappointed, Charmin is usually a good product...

Good day, sorry to hear about your disappointment. Recently, we transitioned out our Charmin Basic and introduced Charmin Essentials. The Charmin Essentials Strong is one ply, I'm wondering if perhaps, inadvertently, you thought you purchased Ultra Strong but instead bough Essentials Strong? If that is not the case, please give us a call at 1800-777-1410 with the package so we can get some information from you and go back to the production line and figure out what happened. We would also really like to make sure you have a better experience with Charmin, so this one can be left in the past.
