why has the Charmin roll suddenly become1/4" narrower - people will notice it- they will stop using your product for a better buy. I have used Charmin for many years- why lose customers?

I love this product. Regardless of the cost its worth the investment. We don't seem to use as much paper since switching from Angel Soft to Charmin. It's so strong you only use a fraction of what is required when using the cheaper ones.

with 2 adult women and 2 teenage girls, a lot of TP is needed. i have finally found a product that is not only of value but also quality. i'm not going back to other brands
