This is the best and strongest toilet paper I've ever used, I use it for taking my makeup off too and it doesn't fall apart all over my face. It's great!

The toilet paper itself is the best out there, but the packaging is a bit excessive. Plastic that holds even more plastic. Why not just go with one exterior casing since the interior casing is not recyclable.
