I just bought a new 36 pack of Charmin Ultra Strong and boy is there a drastic difference in softness from the last pack. I'm so disappointed, what gives??? Why is this pack so rough???

We loved this product until you took some off the width. Now we will be looking for a new tissue that is still the same width. We feel you would have been better off to take a few tissues off the end of the roll.
