[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have never used Charmin products in the past but was happy with this product. Always went with a different TP because I thought a softer TP wouldn't "get the job done". Found Charmin Ultra strong up to the test. We also found that it didn't clog our toilet when my 8yr old son used it. And this has happened in the past with the product we always use. The only issue I had is that the rolls seem to go faster than our product we normally use. With that being said, we will be using Charmin Ultra Strong for now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to say it but to me pretty much all home bath room tissue paper seems exactly the same to me, I've tried name brand to store brand and can tell no difference except their patterns. Unfortunately the Charmin Ultra Strong just feels like normal toilet paper to me.

I obviously know the Charmin brand, but had gotten away from it because of preference compared to the brand I was using. I really liked the quality and feel of this product. It really made me think about what I will choose next time. I definately will be looking toward Charmin when purchasing toilet paper in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is definitely smooth and soft on the hiney, but I'm not sure I can say it's all that different from what I've been using (i.e. whatever brand my family happens to pick up on a trip to the grocery store). I'd recommend this to those with ... umm ... sensitive hindquarters; however, if what you're using works for you, it may not be worth hunting this brand down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having moved out into the world on my own, and no long having the luxury of using my parents TP, I turned to the cheapest, store brand paper around. Toilet paper is toilet paper, right? Wrong! Charmin Ultra Strong is comprised of many layers and are not only soft, but strong as well, and Less is definitely More. I find myself using about a third of what I would normally use from the store brand, which means I don't have to buy TP as often. Overall, I will be sticking with Charmin for my next purchase.

After trying out a few different cheaper kinds I realize how great it really is! It's nice and thick but not too thick to where it's clogging the toilet. It's soft but not too soft to wear it leaves residue behind. So basically it's the best of both worlds in one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes I buy Charmin Ultra Strong, but usually for "special" occasions! This bathroom tissue is so thick I am afraid one of my kids will clog the toilet with it! I know, it says right on the package "Clog safe, septic safe..." My 2 year old daughter even commented about it being so soft. I told her she doesn't need to use very much, as a matter of fact, just tell me when she needs help going to the bathroom. My son noticed the tissue was thicker than what I normally buy. He said it felt like he was using a washcloth. He's almost 6. Charmin does get the kids clean better than the cheaper tissue. I guess my kids listened to me because when my Mom came over my son said"Grandma, we have super soft toilet paper!" I even bought a larger pack for the holidays!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE Charmin. It's what we usually use in my house. So when I was asked if I would try out the Ultra Strong Charmin for free and tell what I thought I jumped at the chance. We go through a lot of TP around here. Two out of the four in our house have IBSD, which equals a whole lot of TP. We've always preferred Charmin because of this factor. When you have to go that often you NEED the softness. Charmin is the only one that we've ever tried that fit the bill for the softness WITHOUT a ton of crumbs left behind. I replaced the regular Charmin with the Ultra Charmin in the most frequently used bathroom in the house. My daughter asked if we switched TP because she thought it felt softer. Yeah for softness. The boys in the house didn't notice. But what I did notice was a problem. The bathroom where I placed the Ultra started clogging up. So after plunging it three times I thought maybe it was the Ultra. So I switched the Ultra to a different bathroom. Unfortunately the clogging started in that bathroom. I do realize that most people use about the same amount of TP out of habit rather than trying to figure out how many squares this particular brand would take. This may have been a contributing factor, but all the clogging was a little too much. I just think the Ultra is a little too strong. Although I don't think I will purchase the Charmin Ultra after trying it, I will definitely continue using the regular Charmin, which is still our favorite.
