At first I was apprehensive about the roll being so short and tiny but when you start pulling it out, you realize that you need to pull as many sheets because this tuff really works. Charmin Ultra Strong is rightly named, it is ultra strong and because of that I end up using less paper each time I flush. In my family of five we go through toilet paper like crazy, I underestimated the quality of this product. Yet I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and smooth this was when I used it. I Found that this product lasted my longer that my typical brand. Overall, I am so happy I received this product I will Continue to look for it in the future and purchase this over other bargain brands.

After trying out the new Charmin ultra strong, I find myself willing to switch, even for a little more $$$. I've tried the Charmin Ultra soft in the past and was not a fan. Let's face it, I don't think you can really feel "clean" wiping with a cloud, lol. Thanks to the free package provided by BzzAgent, Charmin has earned a new customer :)

Purchased ultra strong because it claims on package to "use less". Rolls appeared much smaller but thought I would give it a try. Tried using less but didn't quite do the job.Went through rolls much faster than other brands. Would not purchase again. Also unable to contact anyone, no customer service?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quite surprising when you have purchased "budget" products to experience exactly what you have been missing. We typically purchase bathroom tissue based on price and quantity and will have to use a lot of tissue to accomplish the task at hand. The Charmin Ultra Strong tissue accomplishes the task with 1/3 the paper while providing a very soft tissue which really makes a difference. We have used only a single role and my family has declared that the Charmin Ultra Strong tissue will be the ONLY tissue we purchase in the future. I would highly recommend this tissue, once you try the Ultra Strong tissue you will never go back to the "budget" tissue again.

It doesn't break with use but is still comfortable to use. This is very important for us men folk as we have more friction to deal with in the rear area.

I can't believe how strong this stuff is. It's like a washcloth! Still very soft and comfortable to use. It seems I can use less of this than the regular TP I use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I always felt that toilet paper was toilet paper. I never saw one brand as anything better than the next. My wife always insisted on the soft stuff - probably because there are puppies on the packaging - but I would have done fine with the cheapest. If anything, I preferred unrolling a little extra from the thinner, cheaper stuff over the "cling-ons" left behind with the blanket like TP. I could tell right away that Charmin was thick like my wife preferred, but not AS soft as the puppy stuff. A little stiffer, perhaps. It felt like a soft paper towel, not a fancy napkin, or transparent, crispy tissue. I was immediately impressed by how efficient it was. It didn't tear through the layers to my fingers, there weren't bits and pieces knotted up in any compromising places, I felt clean and the job was done. I have never put so much thought into the experience; nor have I ever walked away so much appreciation for the product. Even my puppy loving wife agrees that we will be a Charmin house from now on. She was thrilled to report not feeling "dusty" after use...whatever that means.

The quality, thickness and absorbancy is like a night and day difference compared to other brands and while I don't get too excited about toilet paper this brand is all I will buy from now on. It's that good!
