We've been purchasing Charmin for many, many years now, but this last purchase beats the band. We bought (2# 12 pack double rolls #24 total) and every single roll looks like it was cut with a very dull chainsaw. What happened to your Q.C.? There are shards of paper everywhere, especially where you don't want shards of paper. Totally dissappointed. I felt store return would not be fair, because this is definately not the store's fault. All of our bodies have the same functions, and using toilet paper is something that we ALL do. So why not talk about our thoughts on different toilet products? The Charmin Ultra Strong was exactly what my body has been needing. Coming from another name-brand company that was of a similar texture to paper towel (or tougher), namely because it lasted longer in a large household. In comes the Charmin Ultra which is super soft (but not too soft), and more importantly, long lasting! I absolutely suggest, no, I DARE you to set aside your current toilet paper brand and give the Charmin a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have never felt such a quality toilet paper, and it is cheaper than competitor toilet paper. I will definately be switching my toilet paper, and suggest you do the same.

It is soft enough not irritate one's bottom without tearing and leaving a mess. It really serves its purpose. Great work Charmin, I will never use another brand ever. Especially one of those cheap, thin, and rough store brands. This is one product I will not skimp on.

Each square is thick and strong so it won't rip apart during use. You are actually able to use less because it is so strong. Not only is it strong it's also soft and comfortable to use. This is definitely my new favorite TP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really good toilet paper! Its ultra tough and soft. These will last a good while and I will make sure to switch to this type of TP. It's nice, it's durable and will last a week at least. Charmin did a great job on this product!

We are sorely disappointed to note that the only SIZES you now offer are Mega and Super Mega. We've be very happy with Charmin Ultra Strong for more than 15 years and have found the Double-Plus size is the largest roll that fits into vintage built-in roll holders. If other companies make a similar (double-plus) size we'll have to avoid Charmin!
