I've used ultra strong for years and stocked up whenever it was on sale. I have over 30 rolls stockpiled. Imagine my surprise when I recently opened a new pack and discovered that the thickness and quality had been changed. I do not like this new change and now I have to put up with it until I use up my supply. So I will begin my search for a new toilet paper that is like the Ultra Strong used to be. Why do manufacturers have to change a good product making it cheaper or flimsier?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever had toilet paper rip and not follow the perforated line? So now now you're left with a useless scrap that you simply have to throw away. I hate that, and it seems most toilet papers offer now answer to this frustration. I found, however, that the Charmin Ultra Strong solved the problem It's plenty strong so as not to rip anywhere except along the perforated lines. Problem solved! Although it's very strong, it's also soft. In my opinion, it's the perfect combination of strength and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is decent toilet paper. It is strong and comfortable, but the number of sheets per roll is disappointing. My usual brand is Kirkland and I find it a much better value than Charmin Ultra Strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this stage in life, having used many different brands of TP over the years, I would place the Charmin Ultra Strong somewhere in the middle. The product is strong as advertised, but I felt it was rather stiff and a bit on the rough side. As I prefer softness, this would not be the product for me.

This paper is extremely strong and doesn't fall apart when wet like most other toilet papers. Charmin Ultra Strong is very soft and feels good against my skin; I would continue using this brand even after this campaign. This is a product that I would recommend to others as well.

Just pulling on itproved that it was stronger than tthe normal brand i buy. So after using this i would say it lives up to the super strong name. I would however not change my brand due to this being rougher than i would like in my toilet paper. So it does hold yup to the name and as a free kit i was glad to try it and see what it was like. So if you like a durable toilet paper than this is for you.

When I first used this toilet paper there was some part of me that was relieved that it was better than all the other brands I had used and I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking to try a different brand of toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a pack of Charmin Ultra to test out for FREE and I was excited to try it out. I've been using Scott 1000 for YEARS, it's not the softest stuff but it seems to last for a long time. I have to say CHARMIN ULTRA is soft, and thick. Too think for my liking. My normal stuff may be thin and may take some getting used to but it lasts forever and you can use as much as you want with out fear of a clog! Charmin is thick, too thick, You have to be careful to use just a little bit and while my other TP roll would last my household almost a week.. this will last maybe two days. Here is an image of what I use versus Charmin. Charmin looks better, but in the long run, I'm stickin' with Scott 1000

I just noticed that the rolls are several inches shorter. No mention of this was on the package; at least not visible. I'm finding that my usage of the rolls goes much faster. Very disappointed with this change. I may have to consider going to another brand. It's a shame as I have been a Charmin customer for many, many years.
