Based on the name I avoided this one because I had a metal image of industrial strength sandpaper. This was not the case at all. Not rough or hard in the slightest. Really great product and my wife loved it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have to say the Charmin Ultra Strong bath tissue is the strongest I have ever tried. There is no need to double or triple up the layers to make it stronger. This is definitely one strong tissue that I will be using long into the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I'm very particular about my toilet paper. First, the roll fits in the holder just fine. Sometimes you get the double rolls and they are too big to fit, not this one. The toilet paper itself though is very thick, you don't have to use as much to get the job done. Each roll lasted longer than the typical roll I get, which is nice. Finally the product is soft enough that i used it as tissue paper also, very soft. I'm very happy with this product, I will continue to use it. I'm glad that I was given this sample to try.

It holds up to its name and is strong,yet soft and I have saved money by using this because it doesnt take much because it is so strong and soft.

Charmin is just above and beyond other tp. It does a better job cleaning and staying strong while cleaning and not ripping lile the other brands! Together with being soft and making the wife happy. These features together with being a great value make make Charmin Ultra Strong the only choice for my family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing about charmin is that it can be kind of thick and clog my toilet. I figured inspire give this a try and see if I noticed anything different. I found that this charmin was thick like it says but maybe a little too thick for my liking. I feel that sometimes thick toliet paper clogs your toliet and doesn't get the special area as good sometimes. I did feel like it was a little rough but still felt soft to the touch. I would still buy it but it may not be my first choice if searching for a toliet paper. If you're looking for a thick durable toliet paper then this is it. If you are like me and like something that is a little thinner then you may want to search one of their other products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why not 5 stars? I guess I'm still searching for the elusive perfect roll of TP. Butt, 4 stars ain't bad as far as behind cleaners go. 1 star is the mystery plant you find when duty calls while you're camping. 2 stars is the "industrial" stuff they have at the hospital or airport. 3 stars is what I usually buy at the store. Charmin Ultra Strong gets the 4th star by holding up to tough jobs without feeling like a cotton ball and not requiring an entire roll for the more demanding jobs. It's a good value and a noticeable difference while on the throne. I'm still looking for that 5th star, but that's the stuff of the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While a thicker toilet paper is a good idea, there's such a thing as too thick. This toilet paper is as thick as paper towels. My toilet has clogged 3 times since we started using this. I realize that with a thicker toilet paper, the goal is to use less paper. But we use the same amount of paper each time out of habit. It would take a while to change that habit and start using less. Since we are happy with the thickness of our current toilet paper, I don't see the need to switch to this one and the problems associated with it. It is a great toilet paper but not worth the clogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used your product for many years. But recently I picked up a package of 36 same as 72 which I will never buy again. The rolls were so small they couldn't possible be double rolls. It was not worth the price. .
