[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not fans of this toilet paper. It is very strong but it feels more like a paper towel than toilet paper. We still have little kids in our house who tend to use too much toilet paper as is. We couldn't even let them use this toilet paper because they would have constantly clogged the toilet. We wouldn't recommend this toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is superior to most any bathroom tissue. It is thick and sturdy as you take it off the roll but isn't scratchy or abrasive when you use it. The experience is what I imagine using a soft cloth would feel like. It is not as soft as Charmin Ultra Soft (which is my normal brand) but it is pretty close and far softer than commercial grade tissue.

We were already big fans of the Charmin brand but this Ultra Strong variety is even better. I would say there is less lint coming off the paper and floating around the bathroom as well. This will be a regular purchase for this household.

I enjoy the huge rolls so I don't have to shop as often, but any rolls are just superior to any other tissue out there. It's almost like using a cloth on your bottom and what's even better is no poke throughs!

The adults felt that the product offered durability during that private moment when durability is most valuable. The kids, being under the age of 5 really did not care but the parents appreciated the soft feel and durability when taking care of the kids when "doody" called. In the past, we have used multiple products and settled with the average results. This was a great product on all levels and will be used again...and again...and again

We were pleased that the strength of the tissue did not take away from it's softness. Also, the roll lasted a long time. We would want to continue using it, but price is also important to us. Toilet paper doesn't rank high on our list of things we want to spend a lot of money on, so as long as it's a competitive price, we'd use this product because the quality speaks for itself.

It does not have the "belts" that Cottonelle has that I like, but don't let that hold you back. It does a fine job of detailing and you won't need to use as many sheets. The bears welcome you to try it. They should definitely consider adding the durability belts -- think of the paper as analogous to automobile tires -- you add strength belts to those radials, so why not here as well? Then the whole family will rejoice and have a cleaner experience. Otherwise the designs on these are excellent. I would just like the added assurance of the belts. So maybe we should put in a good word and see what the bears come up with next time? You can start them on that path by picking up some of the Ultra Strong product today!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically purchase the Charmin Ultra Soft variety of toilet paper. The Ultra Strong variety met all my expectations as far as toilet paper and specifically the Charmin brand goes. Compared to my usual choice of Ultra Soft, the Ultra Strong is not quite as soft (but still soft enough) and is notably stronger. The Ultra Strong is also a lot less linty than the Ultra Soft. As far as toilet paper goes I've always been loyal to the Charmin brand and this variety did not disappoint.

That has nothing to do with any type of brand loyalty, and it usually end up in out shopping cart because our local supermarket has it on sale. We were very willing to be swayed when we received our Charmin Ultra Strong in the mail. After a few days of use, we are very much a house divided. My wife loves the strength of the toilet paper, as well as the comfort, while I am totally not sold on the comfort aspect. To me, this is more like a paper towel than a toilet paper. Despite the claim of double rolls, I also find that we are going through this faster than the Angel Soft. In short, by sticking with what we usually get, I think we will be getting a better deal that is also more comfortable to us. I think what this shows is that items such as this are more about personal preference. If my wife does the grocery shopping, I would no be surprised to see her come home with another batch of Charmin.
