Like using silk sheets on your bum. I would recommend you at least try this product at least once to make your own assertion.

How does it compare? By far superior over other brands, some being rough or course Charmin always comes out on top. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my wife and I have finished using this product and I have to say I am very pleased. This product is overall better than the recent bathroom tissue products we had been using and is by far one of the best products of its kind. It is about the same strength as our previous products, but since it is less quilted it leaves you cleaner without so many remnants left behind. It is very soft for the lack of wuiliting and is strong for its softness. Overall they did not compromise anything with this product, yet they found a nice middle ground. As a side note, when using the toilet paper as a tissue it holds up to the force of my nasal winds and does not break down. I think we may continue to use this product as long as it is priced accordingly. Bottom Line 2 thumbs up.

Well first off, we normally use Charmin anyways, normally we have purchased the soft one (or whatever it is in the blue wrapper), I don't remember because we have an automatic subscription for the product with an online retailer. Anyway, enough about that, this ultra strong Charmin did seem to be somewhat stronger than the normal variety that we use. I also did not notice much difference in the softness or anything else with this variety vs the kind we normally would purchase. Having said that, this would certainly be a viable alternative to the normal Charmin that we purchase and something that I would consider purchasing in the future.

Charmin Ultra Strong is tough enough to handle just about any bathroom job without falling apart. It's our absolute favorite toilet paper and no other holds up quite like Charmin Ultra Strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a quality product. No mess left behind, tough and yet, so soft. I can tell a difference that's for sure. BUT it all comes at a price. Unlike the other brands, Charmin is not known for being the cheapest TP on the market. When you have 5 people, including yourself living under one roof, you tend to go through a lot. AND when you go through a lot, it does tend to get rather expensive. I guess I could stock my partner and I's bathroom and leave the other 2 bathrooms with the cheaper tp! Now there's an option ;-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I always felt that toilet paper was toilet paper. I never saw one brand as anything better than the next. My wife always insisted on the soft stuff - probably because there are puppies on the packaging - but I would have done fine with the cheapest. If anything, I preferred unrolling a little extra from the thinner, cheaper stuff over the "cling-ons" left behind with the blanket like TP. I could tell right away that Charmin was thick like my wife preferred, but not AS soft as the puppy stuff. A little stiffer, perhaps. It felt like a soft paper towel, not a fancy napkin, or transparent, crispy tissue. I was immediately impressed by how efficient it was. It didn't tear through the layers to my fingers, there weren't bits and pieces knotted up in any compromising places, I felt clean and the job was done. I have never put so much thought into the experience; nor have I ever walked away so much appreciation for the product. Even my puppy loving wife agrees that we will be a Charmin house from now on. She was thrilled to report not feeling "dusty" after use...whatever that means.

No frills - falls apart, you need half a roll to get a good wipe and felt like I was wiping sheets of paper on my rear. But trying the Charmins Ultra Strong - wow! I can't believe what I've been missing! First you could feel the durability - you definitely don't need as much of it since it won't dissolve and disappear when you most need it like what I used to use. Then the feel - like wiping on a roll of cashmere - I'm converting!!
