We have used Charmin Ultrasoft for as long as it has been available, for nursing home care for relatives, for personal use. In the past months it became "stronger" which was not "better" but we adjusted, then the quilting appeared. Now it is so strong, it is no longer soft, the perforations rarely work, and it separates when wiping and leaves pieces of paper. The lined product was softer. This product is no longer useable. P&G said they were sending me a form to fill out but it has not yet arrived. I was reimbursed for one package which we purchased but we purchased more before realizing what had happened. This was a superb product--why change it? Even the aides at the nursing home asked what it was when we stocked Mother's room. Now I have to find a new acceptable product. Very unhappy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our home, we've used different brands of toilet paper through the years - from the cheapest of cheap to certain types of Charmin for short periods. In regards to this Ultra Strong brand of Charmin, it definitely stands up to its name but it seemed that the rolls were pretty small. And though the sheets were strong, this isn't necessarily the feature that I would want over other features. I prefer a softer toilet paper, not necessarily one that is this strong. This was a tad too uncomfortable for my tastes! I know Charmin makes a softer brand so I would probably be more willing to give that a try because even though I didn't like the hardness of this line, I do like the Charmin brand over other generic brands we've tried which couldn't hold up.

But it will still clean you. I'm glad ever since joining this campaigning, we've only been buying this toilet paper.

We just want a product that not only cleans but is strong enough to hold up to the job without any breakthroughs and yet soft enough to be comfortable. Aptly named Charmin Ultra Strong lives up to those needs. No it is not the softest tissue on the market so you wouldn't want to use it when you have a cold but that's not it's purpose. For the normal bathroom routine though it at least one of the best. Additionally, the double roll size ensures that you won't be finding that empty roll staring you in the face every time you turn around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to not care about what brand of toilet paper I used. That changed when I received the free sample rolls from BzzAgent. Charmin Ultra Strong along with BzzAgent has given me the opportunity to test these rolls. I was thought to myself, toilet paper is toilet paper, so what's the difference? The difference is Charmin Ultra Strong is far superior. Upon first feel of the product, you can tell it is made strong yet soft enough for sensitive areas. It cleans well using less squares, which saves you money and helps the environment. I use less therefore I would have to buy less. Charmin Ultra Strong is the only toilet paper you will ever need in your house, it just gets the job done with no complaints. On another note, I even used some of this toilet paper to blow my nose a few times when I had a cold. Usually toilet paper doesn't stand a chance against the force of wet mucus being forced out of my nose. However, this Charmin ultra strong showed it's durability again. Not much else to say other than it's the best on the market right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper over the weekend and found it to be some of the nicest toilet paper I have used. My regular bathroom tissue does not have nearly the texture and thickness that Charmin Ultra Strong has. I found myself only using 3 squares of tissue for the initial wipe and a follow up of 2 squares. My standard bathroom toilet paper would rip and break apart if I used that amount. I do like using toilet paper, but have found that I like to follow up with wet flush-able wipes after using toilet paper. I find that regardless of how strong the toilet paper is I like to have something moist to do the final cleanup. I know Charmin makes a great flush-able wet wipe and I plan on using this in the future with the Charmin Ultra Strong bath tissue. I am curious as to how long the roll will last. The rolls seem a bit smaller than my standard bath tissue, but I do think that I won't have to use as much for each wipe.

I previously had bought and used the Soft variety and this was my first experience with Ultra Strong. I was surprisingly pleased with how effective and still comfortable I found the product to be and have recommended it to others that I felt I could discuss bathroom habits with at work and home.

I thought it was good the texture is pretty soft and its a decent size. I will probably purchase it so I can try it again. The only thing that I didn't really like is that the roll doesn't seem to last too long thought maybe it was just me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really had a preference for the softer toilet tissues as they would fall apart and leave lots of bits on your privates. The stronger "paper" type tissue I would use could be rough on the skin. This Charmin ultra strong is just that. Strong. It holds up, even if you wet it and is very soft. The sheets are thick and absorbent. I did find that the rolls are loosely rolled though. Because of its thickness, the rolls can go quite fast. If you have a family of 4 you can expect to go through at least a roll per day which can get expensive. If quality over quantity is you preference than you should give it a try.

So when I was able to start using Charmin Ultra Strong, it was like a dream come true! This product is super soft and strong, and it works so well that I probably use half as much toilet paper as I used to! I will definitely continue to use this product in the future.
