[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a harder time reviewing this product than many others in the past. Partly because I can’t think of many different attributes of toilet paper, and second, because it’s harder to generate conversation about toilet paper. Bottom line up front, Charmin Ultra Strong will not replace by current toilet paper (the Kirkland brand I buy bulk at Costco). Charmin Ultra Strong’s primary selling point is its durability, which allows you to use less paper, saving you money. Let’s evaluate this claim. Is it durable? Yes. It is probably the most durable toilet paper I have seen. However, I found that the added thickness for absorbency and durability makes the paper stiff and less comfortable to use than my old brand. Also, it’s not really saving paper if I use one square that is twice as thick instead of two thin squares. In the end, you would think that this should at least be the same amount of paper, but actually isn’t, because when you look closely, the Charmin Ultra Strong tissue squares are actually slightly smaller (by maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch). Was I able to use less paper with Charmin Ultra Strong? Probably yes, but not because of any inherent benefit to the product, only because I was trying to make the roll last as long as possible. Even with this concerted effort, there is no way that it would last 4x as long or use 4x less paper. Even 2x might be overreaching. Oh well, it was worth a shot, and at least I’m happy with my current brand.

Not only does it not rip or tear but it actually feels gentle on my bum so I don't feel like I used sand paper on it. I was suprised how long a roll lasted me because usually with my brood I change the roll daily. I am so glad I have a new toilet paper that works great, is strong and gentle but saves my wallet too.

Charmin Ultra Strong has always been the choice for my family...but since the rolls have been made smaller I have decided to start buying a different brand! This is ridiculous that you thought the consumers wouldn't notice...I hope others do the same and quit purchasing Charmin and maybe that will be a wake up call.

Strong enough for the man and gentle enough for the ladies... Nothing worse than thin TP that causes issues... this is not the case with Ultra Strong Charmin...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day after I received my package of Charmin in the mail I came down with a horrible cold. They type of illness where I spent four days in bed, dripping sinus butter and coughing. Of course as soon as I came down with the cold I ran out of tissues. Like a gift from the angel my four pack of TP was sitting on the kitchen table. I have to say, after a few days of blowing, dripping and coughing, my nose did not get chapped. Once I was better I used the remaining two rolls on my hinder... that was pretty great too! I would buy this product!

My tush has been pampered big time, and I had confidence it would not tear while using it.Now if I can just teach the kids they only need a little, not half a roll for each bathroom trip. I was impressed with the strength of the product while it also maintained it softness on those sensitive areas. I found the 4 rolls lasted much longer than the brand we were previously using. A family member has a cold at the moment and commented on how great the added strength is for blowing your nose. In the case of Charmin Ultra Strong, less really is more! We will be switching brands and I'd certainly recommend anyone else give it a try.

The new charmin ultra strong lives up to the expectations we have come to associate with the charmin name and is even better. Love that it doesn't fall apart like cheap TOLIET paper and that it's still soft. We will definately continue using charmin ultra strong long after this campaign is over. And recommends it to everyone....after all it's the best and only the best will do for my family and me. Thank you for allowing me the chance to try this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well normally I would just look for the stuff on sale at the store. That has all changed now since using the Charmin. Last longer, more durable, and just an overall feeling of better quality then most brands. Would highly recommend this product to everyone, and will also suggest this to the office manager at work. Go ahead and spend a little more money, it's so worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure we've all seen the ads but I generally use another brand. I found the Charmin to be very soft yet strong. We are using it in all three bathrooms now. The rolls seem to last at least as long as my current brand if not a little longer.
