These new rolls I bought are about an inch shorter than anything I've ever purchased. Very, very annoying! The don't fit well on the holders and the thinner profile is not desirable at all. These are such a bother that I did something I never do...contact a manufacturer! My family will not purchase any roll like this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I dont normally use Charmin products very much. In fact I only really used them when i lived back home with my parents. So in recieving this product to test I was a bit skeptical but I was wrong. Charmin Ultra Strong is just that. THe tissue paper was very strong and yet still soft. One issue I have seen happen with some paper is that it breaks up at times. This product did not do that. The paper stayed in one piece and held up to its name. As a larger size roll it also lasted much longer than anticipated. I live alone so I dont go through much paper in a given week or so. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a strong yet soft product. Worth the extra money to upgrade to this Charmin product than to purchase a cheaper less effective product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say your claim to be extra strong and absorbent is right on the money. I find the roll lasting longer due to using less as needed. Also the softness is a very to the touch. When I was shopping I bought some and saw that the price is right in line with other comparable products unless you were looking to buy sandpaper on a roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is just that...ultra strong! It's hard to find a good quality toilet paper that doesn't tear or even worse...stick! Charmin is different though. It really is STRONG and yet it's still soft! We have had issues at our house with clogged toilets from some of the softer papers but have had no problems whatsoever with Charmin. I'm definitely going to keep using it and I have already recommended it to many others. I even switched the cheap toilet paper at work with Charmin to get the Bzzing started.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The funny thing is apparently Charmin Ultra Strong was the brand/variety we have been using for months already! When I opened the package and compared the two, lo and behold, they were the exact same. So look at that, I was a convert already and I didn't even know it! As far as the product goes, it's great. It's definitely thicker than the run of the mill TP or that ultra thin stuff in the stall at work. You certainly don't need to spin the roll several times to get enough like you might expect you'd normally feel you'd need. Ultra Strong just feels like a few squares would give you the barrier you want and the ability to do its job. Its not going to tear through or leave bits of paper behind. It really holds together well. And it's soft as well. I was skeptical when my wife initially brought it home that it was going to be like a napkin or a paper towel, feel-wise, because of it's thickness. But Charmin has done a really nice job of blending softness with durability. Overall, the TP is great and we will definitely continue to use it. An added bonus is that because we are on a septic system (and even if you're on sewers), you just don't need to use very much to get the job done. Less down the pipes that needs to biodegrade. And that's always a good thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use Charmin tissue paper, but when I received my buzz kit I was surprised to feel how soft the tissue paper was and very strong. With that being said I didn't like Charmin as much as my old brand. Charmin double rolls don't last as long meaning I have to send more money then my old brand. While the tissue is very soft it flakes up,that I don't like. The price is fair but why pay less when in the end I will pay more.

It's strong enough to use as a napkin or to wipe a surface off. I will be switching from regular Charmin to Ultra Stong! You should also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use the store brand bathroom tissue of the same variety. It leaves a powder around the toilet paper holder for some reason. This stuff has kept everything clean and is more comfortable in the long run to use. It's also a lot more durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper for a couple of weeks, I can confidently say that it IS better quality than what we were using. It's clearly stronger, softer, and more durable. It really does feel luxurious to use on a daily basis, and I know my whole family has appreciated the change. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I do worry some about the thickness affecting my pipes. We haven't had any issues with clogs, but I can easily see how it might happen (especially with a toddler in the house who has no sense of moderation!).
