[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While Charmin has always seemed a bit more linty than other brands, the Ultra Strong really does out-do the competition! It's strong enough that I don't have to double up, and not as linty as the other varieties I have tried. I even used it to blow my nose and it was soft, not scratchy. I would definitely recommend Charmin Ultra Strong to anyone looking for a stronger TP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Charmin Ultra Strong toilet tissue because it has all of the great soft qualities of regular Charmin but you also get paper that doesn't break apart into little pieces. I like to have the best of both worlds when it comes to my toilet paper and Charmin has created exactly what I have been looking for. I noticed that it doesn't leave behind little paper fragments like some other papers do. I am glad that Charmin came up with this idea since it is just what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So how does one review toilet paper? Really...it's toilet paper. Here's the down and dirty (no pun intended...maybe) on Charmin Ultra Strong. Background: I am a stay-at-home dad with a wife and two kids (ages 4 and 5). As such, we are a single income home. AS SUCH, I am the primary shopper for the family and have cost firmly in mind when shopping for...well...anything. Lately, I had been buying store brand toilet paper for my family due to cost and the fact that my kids use way more than they need to. Likes of Charmin Ultra Strong: 1) It is strong enough for everyone in the family. 2) There is no appreciable odor to the toilet paper. 3) It doesn't clog my toilets (except on the rare occasion of SEVERE overuse by the kids.) 4) It is available in a "mega roll," supposedly the equivalent to 3 regular rolls, I believe. Again, I have a wife and 2 preschool kids in the house, so we don't want to be changing the roll each time nature calls. 5) I have heard no complaints of irritation to even the most sensitive of...areas. 6) At the end of the roll, the toilet paper comes off the cardboard roll absolutely cleanly. I love that. There is almost (ALMOST) nothing worse in the bathroom than trying to scrape the last bits of TP off a roll before throwing the cardboard in the recycling bin. (Surely, it can't be just me...can it?) 7) Coat is comparable to other name brands. More expensive than store brand, but worth the extra cash. Dislikes of Charmin Ultra Strong (why I removed one star from the rating): 1) The design of the roll is terrible. On a new mega roll, there are two "glue strips:" one at the tip of the paper, and one about 4 squares in. I imagine these are to keep everything nice and tidy in manufacture and in the package in the store. HOWEVER, more often than not, I, personally, have ripped the tar out of a new roll of Charmin Ultra Strong, just trying to get the glue to release. I'd much rather just have the tail end glued once. 2) Um, I guess that's it. There you go. Would I recommend it to someone? Well, if I was ever in the freakish position to talk to someone about toilet paper preference and reasons why I feel the way I do, then I absolutely would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our favorite Charmin they make. We started using this when it came out and refuse to buy anything else! My husband has Crohnes and this tp holds up amazingly and is still soft. Cant see us ever changing brands. We love it!!!

Our family has purchased this product religiously for years. This morning I opened a new package and was very disappointed to notice right away that the roll width had decreased by nearly 1/4". We always pay the higher price for QUALITY and consistency. Our family does not want to feel like they are in a public bathroom at the local gas station. This is how we felt using the skinny paper. We will discontinue using this product going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many different tissues for my bum, but this by far puts all the others in the toilet. Charmin Ultra Strong is by far, and I mean by far, the best there is. The best part about it is that is does not tear apart when you are using, but it is also soft and does not feel like sandpaper on your bottom. The difference in quality from other bathroom tissue sets Charmin Ultra Strong way out in front. The cost maybe more, but really isn't your bum worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Charmin Ultra Strong Toilet Paper. It is soft, strong and thick. While I did use less toilet paper sheets than before, the roll does not seem to last as long. I usually use Marcal which is recycled paper. The Marcal lasts much longer but feels like sandpaper compared to the Charmin. The Marcal is much thinner but has some strength to it. I would definitely recommend the Charmin to others because of its quality and softness. Softness is not a high priority when I look for a toilet paper. What are important to me are the price, strength, and length of the roll. Because of this, while I do like the Charmin, I am not sure if I would puchase the Charmin unless it was on sale at a good price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Charmin is probably the best tissue out there. I usually prefer the soft but Ultra Strong is great too. I give it five stars! It is soft, doesn't tear, thick, fluffy, and seems to be improved in the way it goes down when you flush. So, that means is is the best in my book! I highly recommend it. I have tried many different brands of toilet paper but I always end up turning back to Charmin. It may cost the most but it lasts the longest and is the best quality!

Purchased ultra strong because it claims on package to "use less". Rolls appeared much smaller but thought I would give it a try. Tried using less but didn't quite do the job.Went through rolls much faster than other brands. Would not purchase again. Also unable to contact anyone, no customer service?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin® Ultra Strong is the best that I have ever tried. I'm used to the cheap stuff where it takes 12 squares at least, Not a pretty sight. When I saw the roll I was a little disappointed, thought it would look bigger being so tough and all. I was surprised at how strong it really was. 3 squares is all I need, A lot less then the bargain brands. I love doing as little paperwork as necessary. I'm not sure about the cost effectiveness as I have not yet bought any yet, but I really do like it. I will check it out, at my age if something really works I'll buy it even if it is a little more expensive.
