Changing your products The MEGA roll and the SOFT roll is terrible- why do you have to change a good thing- The Mega is rough and you go through the roll quicker, the Soft is too soft and causes lint- after many years we are going to have to change brands- is this about money rather than customer service??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use flushable wipes bit I decided to give Charmin Ultra Strong a try. It is very strong and doesn't tear like other tissues I have tried in the past. I willing be telling my buddies about the new Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong might literally be the best toilet paper I have ever used. It is exactly what it claims to be... ultra strong. It's nice and thick so you don't have to worry about anymore wiping mishaps. There is none of that gritty falling apart, mid use, nonsense that can sometimes happens with toilet paper. And most importantly, it's long lasting. I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find that one 4 pack lasted my family twice as long as our normal brand does. With it being so thick there really is no need to use as much so a single roll lasts longer. I am now a true believer in quality over quantity! Charmin Ultra Strong has converted me and is now my go to TP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away by the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. It was so strong and absorbant that I only used a few sheets each time. I normally use quite a bit more than that. Depending on price from my usual brand I may continue to use in the future.

I have been a devoted Charmin user for 10+ years and have always stayed so due to product reliability and quality, however recently this product has changed its texture and now is stiff and hard. My son told me recently that he liked using the bathroom at home because the toilet paper was like using a soft cloud...well not anymore, it is more like using a gas station folded hard paper towel. I will not continute to purchase Charmin and will consider other brands when I never would of considered it before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok -- I have to tell you that my preferred brand is always Quilted Northern tissue but this Charmin tissue has really made me stop and think about what I should be actually purchasing. I am a big fan of soft tissue and can always tell the difference between good quality tissue and cheapo bath tissue. This is not only very soft but is strong too. Definitely a winning combination. I have always enjoyed their television ads but have just never considered purchasing until I was able to try it out. Thanks.

It is so much stronger than the tissue my household has been using. This is a smart buy because you use about 4 times less tissue than the other brands. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife tends to buy the so called 2-ply that feels like sandpaper on my behind. The kids end up using half a roll each time they go in the bathroom, with the normal brand. Charmin Ultra Soft arrived in the package and I thought for moment, maybe I should keep this just for myself the wife will never know. Instead I put it up in the bathroom for the whole family. One roll actually lasted three days in my house compared to two rolls a day. That is 6=1 for every 3 days and a whole lot of money that has been flushed down the drain. The Charmin ultra Soft doesn't leave little white fuzzy toilet paper flakes in your backside either like some thicker brands do. Another concern was clogging the toilet and pipes because well I have children and they tend to load up that toilet with the toilet paper. Rather than waste the kids used what they needed and all tp flowed nicely within the system. The feel of the Charmin was soft and I didn't fear a paper cut on my behind. Overall with the texture, the entire family reaction and the waste reduction from the children this is a toilet paper that will remain in our bathroom for a while.
